(You haven't seen the footage from March and April yet but that's what I did.) Or would you rather have me highlight a particularly interesting video? For March, the vampire video had the most interesting footage and already took up about 14 minutes. I have the other footage from the other stuff too and am happy to edit it and add it in.

Sleep anxiety is when you're so worried that you won't be able to fall asleep or be able to sleep long enough to be rested for something important that the anxiety keeps you awake. This video is designed to help you in these situations. I used to experience this constantly, so this video comes from experience :)
(Also, this video could also just really good at helping you fall asleep even if you're not experiencing sleep anxiety.)
