Sleep anxiety is when you're so worried that you won't be able to fall asleep or be able to sleep long enough to be rested for something important that the anxiety keeps you awake. This video is designed to help you in these situations. I used to experience this constantly, so this video comes from experience :)
(Also, this video could also just really good at helping you fall asleep even if you're not experiencing sleep anxiety.)
