I have news regarding the counterfeiter situation, and it's not great. I received the a copy of what they were selling yesterday and it turns out that the book isn't a counterfeit, but the real deal. This could mean only one thing: my printer selling loose copies wholesale which, of course, violates our agreement. This is an unfortunate development and I do not think I will be using that printer anymore.
On the plus side, however, I've already found another solution and it's one that's ...

Hey all!
Another CFS today. Interesting NPCs for adventures. This time I’ve got a small, desert-bound village to populate. Give me some one sentence ideas below, preferably without race/class. Thanks!

Hey Electrum+ patrons,
Here's a call for monster suggestions/requests for this month. As you've seen, I'm putting out new monsters every day. I've got some ideas, but could always use more.
You're free to suggest as many as you like, but I'll likely only use one from each person (unless I run out, of course).
Let me know below!

Flying spiders, like their cousins, the giant wolf spider, are intelligent, pony-sized arachnids that hunt in the dark. Whereas wolf spiders prefer caverns and underground places to find their prey, flying spiders take to the outside world on mountainsides and dark forests.
A stealthy predator, flying spiders prefer to fly by and grab their targets with their strong foreclaws. Soon after, they bite the creature and inject it with a paralyzing agent. Once paralyzed, the flying spider del...

Hey!
Someone asked in a comment if adventures were on pause. They are definitely not. There is a new one due tomorrow. There will also be a new one on Friday. Between the two, it's looking like 60-70 pages.
In the new year, my primary focus is only on adventures, specifically, those set in Omeria. The only difference is that I'm acting in total secrecy now, so I'm not sharing sneak peeks.
So not only are you getting daily monsters,...

Fey Squirrel
Fey squirrels are guardians and protectors of the forest. Often surely—and, if you'll pardon the expression—squirrely, fey squirrels enjoy good conversation, reading, and storing acorns in the hollows of trees.
Sadly, there aren't as many fey squirrels as there once were as the great enchanted forests of Omeria have started to lose their connection to the other. As magic slowly dies, all of the fey creatures fade along with it. In time, the only squirre...

A horror soul is a ghoul that has imbued itself with dark, necromantic energy. The ritual that creates the Horror Soul, known as the Cycle of Torment, allows them to absorb severed limbs, bones, and other parts into their whole. Eventually, their bodies consist of dozens of legs, arms, teeth, and sometimes even eyes, all working in unison.
The ghoul, Xenia in the adventure Glaive of the Revenant King is one such ghoul. Originally a servant working in a manor house north o...

Whether scholar, skald, or scoundrel, a bard weaves magic through words and music to inspire allies, demoralize foes, manipulate minds, create illusions, and even heal wounds. Of all the bards, the greatest of their kind are the maestros who are to bards as archmages are to wizards.

Far from the bustle of cities and towns, past the hedges that shelter the most distant farms from the terrors of the wild, amid the dense-packed trees of trackless forests and across wide and empty plains, rangers keep their unending watch.
Warriors of the wilderness, rangers specialize in hunting the monsters that threaten the edges of civilization—humanoid raiders, rampaging beasts and monstrosities, terrible giants, and deadly dragons. They learn to track their quarry as a predator...

The Wallingmiotta is home to all manner of dangerous and unusual creatures. But of all the dangerous regions within the Forest of Phantasms, the ancient elven lands of Ayas Kelren have the greatest mortality rate. Once the lands that surrounded the elven city of Imfe Aiqua, Ayas Kelren is thick with undead, hazards, and curses. Very few creatures who enter these gray woods return alive or with all their sanity intact. Recently, the researchers at Camp Hummingbird discovered that the captain o...

Hey folks,
Just a quick heads up. Please don't negative product reviews on BroadSword #2 as it affects the overall product and not the seller. As the listing is tied directly to my ISBN I'll have to use those reviews which will affect my overall rating on Amazon.
I appreciate the assistance! But Amazon product reviews are a whole headache of their own haha
If you've already left a negative review, please consider changing it as it will hurt the book's (and my) presence on Am...

Humans dominate the Fairknot village of Barnemouth, but it is also home to a considerable number of northern-based wood elves. These elves fled persecution by the northern orc tribe, the Drakescales. Barnemouth is the largest town along the Fairknot River before it spills into the north end of the Omerian Ocean. The town is known for its massive statue of Godefroi Barnemouth the Loving, a contemporary of Camor. Those passing through often comment that the statue does not look like a paladin, ...

Hey all,
Just a heads up, but the BSM2's that are now on Amazon aren't the real deal. They are counterfeits. I'm currently in the middle of dealing with the issue with Amazon, but if you plan on purchasing one there, just know that it's not from me and it's likely that the content inside is not my own.

Hey everyone!
I'm in the middle of writing up the next big adventure release and I need some details on NPCs that live and operate in the town of Barnemouth.
What I need: the NPC's name (I might slightly edit it to fit my normal naming conventions), job, and something unusual or interesting about the NPC. Feel free to name as many as you like, too. The more the merrier. Of course, there's no guarantee I'll use 'em all, but hey, I'll try to get in as many as ...

If you wish to get on board, make sure that you're a gold tier patron or higher by the end of the month.

Another survey for you. I've unlocked the archive to make it more accessible since it seems to be the chief complaint I get (that's all on Patreon, sorry). So to replace that, what would you like to see?
Let me know down in the comments below. Go wild. I'll tell if you if it's doable or not. :)
I've also made this available for non-Silvers to gauge what kind of stuff would make people upgrade tiers.

Hey all,
I've had a couple exit surveys mentioning folks were having trouble finding their benefits. Although Patreon's got, like... the shittiest UI in the world and there's little I can do about that, maybe there's other things I can do to help.
Could you let me know in the comments what you're having trouble finding? And maybe I can find a solution.
Thanks!
