I've heard some artists do that. Also experimented with brushes a lot... Can't say I quite liked the flow and result and the speed of the process... Buuuut so mu...

Not much interesting going on in our life. Setting a new record for messed up sleep times, settling in the new room and working on house interiors slowly. For the August I just feel like drawing a lot and flow in inspiration mostly. One animation and one big painting to finish in the nearest plans, they've been under works for a while now...

20x times more frames than in the original gif, additional movement sequence, high resolution and so on, 17 hours of work straight *dies of sleep deprivation* xD j/k, i'll be alright :) Got a ton of experience on may things while working on this as a test subject. Was going to try adding the sound too! But this will wait for another animation ...

This was made by the request from a friend, off the old picture with the dragon and 5 lionesses. It has got 2 animated sequences in it, even though the big one is only 3 frames, but it could still be fun. The zebra+lioness scene has got its own high res animation, going to upload it rrright away too! xD

So, we've finally finished the most difficult picture we've ever tried yet... This was a challenge in many ways.. Including the drawing hardware. Not only the comp is quite weak to handle a 100-layers 4k project, it was also failing pretty bad lately, shooting down with BSOD numerious times a day, often corrupting the PSD file of my current project, only the consecutive backups helped.. All the attempts to find the source of the problem were unsuccessful, checked everything, memory, hard driv...

Just as the title says, all the same but with more "fluids" x) I still struggle to make them realistic, all this opacity, viscosity, reflections-refractions, and the destribution physics... Could always use more practice...

Also in this version the anthro gryph has opened the eyes :)

All the characters have got the same level of detail now 

Fynath(feral gryph) has gotten all new "RTX-ON" fur coat because it didn't look fit with all the Amrien's blue magnificence nearby before that xD  

Amrien's(big blue dragon) male bits were polished better xD

Kristine(anthro kitty) has gotten per-pixel fur too, it...

It seems to be close to finish, most of the work i had planned for it is done..

...just needs a bit more fine-tuning with lighting/shadows and some details in some places.

but we're gonna take a couple days break from this work and do something else..

..because fine-tuning requires a fresh eye. Aye! And we've lost it. Arr.

I needed some more practice on drawing fur in Photoshop and to finally set up all the brushes properly for that, since my Corel Painter got broken beyond repair (trust me i've tried everything, and the only thing that can possibly fix it now, is complete windows reinstall ). This picture was perfect for that, and I wanted to return to it...
