FACE WORK! (WIP)

Had time before my lab shift today to get some more rendering done!! Working on the short fur areas with a base to add some fur details on afterward :3 also restructured the face/eyes a bit and I’m liking it a lot more for sure

BLACK CRAFT (COMM)

ANOTHER ALT DESIGN TO THE PORTFOLIO- this time for Kitsoyu!! IT WAS SOOOO FUN TO PLAY AROUND WITH KAT I knew I wanted to keep her colors in the same palette family as opposed to any drastic change but I wanted to change up her unicorn horn to be something funky… then I was roundhoused by the inspiration of LITERALLY Baphomet. AND THE REST IS HISTORY!!!

Another fun as HELL comm I got to do for bestie Wolfie- he asked if I’d do a reward style sketch of these two and I FLIPPED!! And since I’ve been experimenting with these in rewards themselves I thought I’d try some new stuff with this one too >:3 instead of adding the shadows in I used color dodge to only do the light bits and it was SO smart for this piece and I think added to the atmosphere I wanted to achieve, all in all I couldn’t be happier with it :”3c I LOVE THESE TWO SO ...

CATCH A WAVE! (COMM)

THIS BEAUTIFUL HIMBO IS ALL FINISHED UP!! I had SUCH a ball doing this anthro comm for mrcy-violet omg… I haven’t done an anthro comm in SOOO LONG it was so so nice to do a full piece!! It’s TECHNICALLY a flat comm but I couldn’t leave it NAKED… I always feel like my completely flat pieces look WEIRD so I had to do a little bit of shading LMAO

Another reward sketch gone from scribble last night to cleaned up & colored today!! SO SO THRILLED WITH THIS ONE and very glad I got it down before I have to go into work :3 gonna see about knocking out a pose concept for the last 2 before I go in so I’m all set up to resume!!

Working a funny shift (4-8pm) and then a full day tomorrow so I spent my morning getting in little bits of progress on a handful of things!! I did backtrack some of the YCH rendering I wasn’t happy with but got it replaced & a bit further along and I think it’s improved :”3 gotta stop doing that tho LMAO

After tomorrow I’m off for a few days so hopefully I can get some more substantial chunks on these & more done!!

I’m so sorry it’s been a bit without a solid update! Truthfully I once again couldn’t afford to pause comms to work on this but the longer it goes on the worse I feel about it not being done so I’m determined to have this done before the end of the year- and then going forward I will 100% stop making these base project plans so massive that I struggle to finish them 🥲
