COMFORTABLE AFTERNOONS (COMM)

IT IS COMPLETED.... after 21 hours of working this scene commission for retro.mvtt is DONE!! I could not be more ecstatic with the outcome honestly I am. So so happy with how this turned out and it was so much fun to learn and implement so many new techniques 🥺 I also got my first real stab at indoor scene work & more complex props... those leaves were definitely a labour of love but I’m so so proud of them ;;

LOADS of progress today... big big steps done on the bust scene aAAAND I got some pretty big sketches done that are just waiting on approvals!! I knew packing early would pay off... moving stress is minimal and I am THRIVING!!!

OFC just as I get into the groove of working on this both my iPad & pencil are dying on me... really excited to be heading into the final details of this one and definitely gonna be working on it more tomorrow!! Had to run a good handful of moving errands today but tomorrow I think all we need to do is scoot out for our insurance so hopefully that’s the last of the big errands until next week :”3

OLD DEMONS RETURNING (REDESIGN)

WELL HERE WAS A FUN LIL PROJECT... sold my old OC Reaper to my buddy Alex and he asked me to revamp him for 2021 :”3

His last redesign was all the way back in 2017- the original “Reaper” design was I think made in late 2016?? And that VERY last image was his first concept which if I remember correctly dates back to 2015... LONG STORY SHORT HE’S AN OLD BOY LOL

it was so much fun to revamp him yet again and I’m thrilled with his new look 🥺

Finished up this pine marten BABY as a comm for saltyseabass!! The whole vibe was so nice to work with... I also got to make the moodboard which I really really enjoyed 🥺 designing with other species that I don’t commonly get to work with is so much fun honestly

Volume has to be one my my favourite designs I’ve made like,, ever honestly?? He was definitely a daunting OC to tackle with Poscas but certainly not as difficult as he appears!! Really could not be more pleased with the final result and I can’t wait until he gets home 💞💞
