Festive Dragon - Sketches and Concepts

Hi Everyone! It's been a busy time here as I imagine it has been for others and I have finally had the chance to flesh out the sketches for this festive community commission.

It's funny, I haven't done a western style dragon in forever, the and the biggest challenge was finding a muzzle design that worked for me. Hope you guys like it, I've literally started inking it now!

Thank you to the person who suggested, as well as everyone who put in a suggestion and who voted too! I will be working on this over the next couple of days, with the hope of getting the sketch out soon and then getting it coloured in time for Christmas Eve!

Hyrax TF - Concept Sketches

So for the first time in a while I've been able to get on and create the sketches for this month's Community Commission without too much of a rush. I don't often talk about the process of creating a tf work, but this set of sketches illustrates how I approach a project, starting with a single page of concept art of the victim and the intended species. Hyrax are new for me, so getting their body shape down was crucial.

October Suggestion Box is Open

So while I'm in the process of applying the shading to last month's sequence, I thought it would be good to reopen the suggestion box for this month's suggestion. As the picture suggests the theme is Otherworldly TFs, opening the potential for all sorts of interesting tfs (maybe hoping to avoid werewolves, I seem to have done a lot of them recently xD;;;)

Megane Wolf

A little sketch that emerged from after a conversation about small fluffy werewolves. In this case, my OC Megane from series 'East of the Moon'  transforms into a cute but vicious little werewolf at the sign of a full moon. How lycanthropy can effect a yokai, let alone a tsukumogami is anyone's guess, but the effects are pretty adorable and I really like how it came out. Hope you guys like it too,

Werewolf in the Painting Concept

So here was my initial sketch for the winner of the community commission. Almost immediately when I thought of werewolf hunter I thought of Anna from Van Helsing, though I only went so far as to borrow the outfit style (not that she will remain in that tight costume for long xD; ). I also had a good idea of what I wanted for the first part, though it took a while to finalise it.

September Poll Update - Announcing Winner

Greetings everyone. I'm happy to announce the latest winner of the community commission poll. This month's theme was 'Pictures at an Exhibition' and the winning scenario was:

"A werewolf girl hiding within a painting ambushes a hunter girl, transforming her into her werewolf lover."

This will be an interesting one to pull off, especially within the space of a three part sequence. Over the next week or so I will provide updates including concept sketches.

Patreon Suggestion Box Now Open

It's already September! Geez have things gone quickly. uwu;;

This month is going to be a rather arty month for me, with a chance to exhibit some of my non tf work, so I thought why not make the theme of this month revolve around an art gallery: Pictures at an Exhibition.

You can interpret this theme as you like, but it would be nice to include a little narrative. Don't forget, you're selling this suggestion to the voters, and some of the winners of previous polls have had strong narrativ...

Secret Ninja Agent Bunny Yae

A silly sketch, but also rather nostalgic, that came about while thinking about ninja bunnies. When I first started digital art I was part of the Ganbare Goemon fanbase and I loved drawing Secret Ninja Agent Yae. In any case I remembered in one game an additional costume was a bunny suit and I couldn't resist pushing it further to make an anthro rabbit design for her. Perhaps this was a ninja transformation that didn't go quite right xD;;
