one of the warmup doodles I did today and some more practise in drawing dudes since I really feel like I need more practise in drawing them. Dude is one of my favorite OP characters so I picked him besides the fact that I've drawn him several times over the years already so it's easy to check on my personal progress :)

The bonus picture for the AB in the auction.. or at least the super rough version of it :) Gonna send it to the auction winner now and hope he'll like it as much as I do! There are some things I want to fix on this in the overall progress but it's good enough for a rough sketch and if the customer doesn't like it there would be no use to put too much detail into a rough sketch. Also may I add that I absolutely love the OC?? She's so cute

Posting the smaller version of it here too since lags in the big one. The quality of this one isn't as good as it is in the bigger one, but at least it doesn't lag. As I already said on the bigger version's desciption, I'll most likely tripple check everything again tomorrow and will also post the cumming version once I finished that too! :D

the finished loop version of the animation, will get a cum version/ ending once I finished that! so there might be some more speed adjustments as well. But for the standalone loop, this will be it!
I'm glad this baby is finally done, this was a so much work, you won't believe it! I've been pretty much working on it non-stop for several days and learned a bunch of new things!
This is the high quality gif version with almost no loss in quality (well as good as it's possible for a gif)...
another animation progress thingy for you guys :D I finished the lines plus the shading, this is one of the tests of the first loop I did to check how it looks! I also reworked the tail and the wings completely because I wasn't happy with how they looked. I'm currently working on finishing the colours and the remaining parts of the shading, will hopefully finish the basic version of the animation today!

Although there isn't really much to say for this month.
I'll most likely get to work on the second page of roped into trouble (maybe even more depending how fast Stepanda is with the sketches!) and the third page of the Rainbow dash comic commission. I might be re-opening my commissions as well but that heavily depends on how fast I'll be able to finish the YCH animation and at least...
still picture version of the animation... or at least one of the frames. Though it would be worth posting since it has much better quality than the gif :)

Since this isn't the first time drawing this OC for me, I thought a little improvement/comparison thing would be appropriate (also I love these kind of things!) . there's roughly three years between these pictures and well while I consider the right one to be a sketch plus the left one was a fully rendered commission at that time.
I'm really happy to see that I made so much improvement in the meantime! There's of course still a bunch of things I want to work on in the future to improve...
...I wonder what it is?

a little progress shot on the current progress of the animation! The wings look still kinda goofy since I haven't done much with them yet (which I will obviously change in the overall progress!) but otherwise it looks pretty good so far I think. I finished the clean lines for the regular animation loop. Will be working on the colours and shading in the next few days! I'm also currently working on the BG :) I hope you like the progress of this so far!

I discovered that there's a Japan only mobile game that actually has a fullbody version of Marine officer Rosinante and goddamn Bandai why are you doing me dirty like this.
I just had to doodle him as my warmup today. Also doodling this made me realize again that I really should draw more dudes. I don't really expect anyone to like this or even recognize the character, but I still thought it was worth sharing it here :)

this is the first rough test for the cumming sequence of the animation I'm currently working on :) it needs a bunch of cleaning and fixing but I think you'll get the rough idea :D

this one can be considered a WIP since I'll do my best to add some colour and shading to this until the end of the month, but since I want to get the animation done first (and I really can't properly estimate how much time that'll take ) I'm not sure if I'll be able to do it in time. so for now this is a WIP where I didn't put too much effort into the greyscale in case I will be able to finish the colours + shading.
