Difficult positions, heavy weights and extra long sessions are the only real way Gwen can properly train considering her strength. After a long day of work, she burns out with training that works her full body. The beam she carries is several times the weight of her lithe body, the harsh webbing she has wrapped around her ankles digging into her skin as she moves.

With Spiderverse out this month, I had to do some Gwen art! I have some more incomplete work I'm hoping to get finished some time soon but for now, here's some flexibility training. Plus, as you'll see soon she's working with some extra weight!
