Looming Above The Food Chain

Creatures in prehistoric times were very very big, and even when they thought they might be the biggest, there was always someone even bigger just looming beyond the horizon!

What can I say? I really do love size chains of macros, and the prehistoric cast are often a great opportunity to draw those.  That paw print Scareye was just flattened into, actually belongs to Onyx. Who then walked off into the horizon, only to get grabbed by Medulla, and now, things are about to take a turn...

At The Peak

Niamh's ready to race. Don't keep her waiting!

This picture came together surprisingly fast, something that Niamh is probably quite pleased with.  Sometimes I need to remind myself to just give myself a little push to achieve my goals, and even as just a character, she's a lovely reminder to keep going, keep pushing your abilities and to always do your best at whatever it is you're trying to achieve, whether that be drawing or snowboarding, and you will improve.

Dominating the Horizon

It must be quite the wonderful experience, to just be going about your daily business, only to look up and see your Goddess just completely and utterly dominating the horizon like Kiya is here.

Kiya has had quite a lot of really nice "Rough sketches" lately, and while this isn't my favourite of them, I felt it was strong enough to be worthy of full colour.  I can't deny that she looks wonderful, just looming far above and beyond everything else in a given scene.

The Big Gamer - Sketch

Rough Sketches Batch 6

As for this batch, you may notice a rather diverse quality in some of the pictures. Basically, if you don't draw for several months you have to work off a _LOT_ of rust.  The worst ones I didn't bother even posting, but there's a bunch in here that are rougher than usual because of that.

It's been a frustrating few months for sure, as when lockdown began, I was starting to get into really good form, then my health declined suddenly.  As such, drawing pretty much outright stopp...

It's not easy being Scareye. Your best efforts are often thwarted by fellow macros, and you're often finding yourself at the bottom of the pecking order.  Outsmarted by Onyx, outsized by Medulla, and just completely outclassed by Fang.

Hi again folks. Apologies it's been so long!

How's things going?  I think things are slowly starting to improve.  The hospital appointment mentioned in the previous post happened, but it took a while for that to happen, and then even longer to get the results back. 

But while it didn't really seem to be at first, it seems to be some kind of acid reflux issue that's been causing me the pain for quite some time.  It doesn't explain the few months of having a numb...

Hey folks.  Let me extend a huge thanks for everyone's patience and understanding regarding the illness.  It's been 3 months now, and I'm still not really any further forward.  

I've got a hospital appointment which will hopefully happen in the next week or so, and we'll see if anything comes out of that.

Hey folks, huge apologies for the lack of art this month. I explained earlier why that is.  I've had these chest issues for coming up to 8 weeks now.  They are certainly subsiding, but as such, artistic output has been next to zero.   

As such I'm pausing the billing period to buy me a little more time.  So you will not be charged on June 1st.

A Thunderous Grasp

At her immense scale Thoryza has absolutely no problems just grabbing up an entire planet in her gigantic handpaws.  

This is actually a picture that was sketched out a few years, ago, back in October 2018, and then Eclipsis asked me to colour it.  I don't get asked to finish up many expressions pictures, in fact this is the first of them since the changes to my Patreon account, so it's nice to do something a little different.

A bit of an explanation...

You a may have noticed things have gone quiet on here since the start of the month.  Basically I've been having health issues for the last four weeks.

Rocking the City

Ambyrn don't give a damn 'bout her bad reputation, she's gonna crush the city with Rock and Roll.  She's certainly bringing the house(s) down if nothing else.

I do love Amybrn with her ridiculously oversized paws and platforms.  And drawing her with music equipment makes me want to draw her even more!
