The Big Deposit - Novella

We can finally release this project Amethystine and I have been working on for a few weeks now!

Several months ago I commissioned Ame to write an excessively multi growth story for me. I like how it turned out so much that I decided to do an illustration for it. And then we ended up turning it into an 80 page novella. (They're small pages though.) I gave it a professional design treatment and we did a thorough editing job.

When I originally wrote the script for this comic, I was imagining they'd be fully dressed. Then when I started drawing it I decided they'd be in their underwear, and kind of forgot about that first line until I got to it this week. But I left it in because it's almost funnier to have the lion telling him he has to get 'undressed' when he's only wearing the skimpiest thong underwear.

This is just a fun sketch I did as an excuse to draw some hypers in tight, form-fitting suits. I've always liked the 'hypers in space' theme. I should do more with that sometime. This one's inspired by CC Kitty's and Rabid's pics with similar themes

Daily Grind 4 WIP

This is a WIP of the next Daily Grind pic. I had a version of it inked last week but it just wasn't coming together. Sometimes you just know a pic isn't right but it's hard to tell at the time exactly why or what to do. So I waited several days and revisited it this week. I changed a bunch of stuff and made it more dynamic overall and I'm a lot happier with it now!

They usually do really good hyper muscular stuff so I thought I'd get them to do their take on this version of Pulsar. Really love how it came out!

Doe Bow Pose

Another sketch + speedpaint I was doodling around with. I was thinking while working on this that I really love hyper yoga scenes. I might make it a whole series. Find a bunch of interesting yoga poses and do like 15 or 20 of them with hypers. I might make it hyper herm focused too because I don't draw many of them these days. Would make a good image series I think.

Vorecurious page 8 WIP

I spent all day on the comic page, and only just barely managed to get it all inked.  It's a lot more complex of a page: a montage with lots of different characters and none of the main cast. I was going to try and push to get it done this weekend but I've probably got at least 3 - 4 hours yet to get it colored, so I'm not going to rush it. I'll have it done for next weekend

The Daily Grind - Getting Dressed

Pulsar doesn't often wear this much. But since he's meeting clients this morning, it seemed like a good idea. Not surprisingly, he won't stay this dressed as the day goes on... It's also just a good excuse to draw clothed hyper which I love, but don't do a whole lot of.

I did a b*tt plug alt for fun, not only because the pose was perfect for it, but because I've also always liked that idea. Walking around with a huge toy in there feels amazing and helps him concentrate. The only downsid...

Pulsar Compression Suit Animation

Cheetah Runner

I've been wanting to try faster, looser sketches with more stylization lately. It's really hard to do without defaulting to all my usual anatomy tricks and shortcuts. I'm not sure I was entirely successful, but this is just a fun little sketch so it's not too big of a deal.

I've always really liked the way Rabid Cowolf emphasizes the contrast between the how slender the characters are and how huge their junk is. I sort of tried to do something similar here: slim character, monster shlon...

Pulsar Head Retopo WIP

Just a quick update on the newly retopo'ed Pulsar head. The new version I finished today is the first pic. The old version is the second pic. I ended up just retopo'ing over the old retopo which worked perfectly well. I'd made some small adjustments from the original sculpt, so that let me keep the updated shape while hugely simplifying the geometry.

It seems like a small thing, but I'm SO MUCH HAPPIER with the new version. It took all day, but I really took my time to make sure things ...

Checking Email

Originally this was going to be the 3rd in the Daily Grind series. But the more I worked on it, the more I realized it didn't really fit. So I just decided to release it as a stand-alone pic. I might include it with the series when I start posting it publicly, or for the GumRoad release, but it'll probably go at the end. Although I do check my email in the mornings, this seems more like an evening pic. One last catch up on events and one last self-suck before bed.

Pulsar Model WIP
