To win you need to earn 25 points by shooting boats, golden boats give 3 points!
When you reach 25 points, you are set free from your prison, but can continue playing if you want (only boats hit by cannon balls earn you points though)

The satellite well in the main area no longer has Desert Bus as a placeholder.
(Desert Bus can still be found, but it's in a new location in the main area)

I'm sure I'll seal it and make it slightly harder to open later, but for now you can just walk right in using the ramp underwater.
CARFISH
If you bring Car with you to the basement of The Superstructure you can press E next to him and he will push you to the surface. His cooldown is longer than your total air though, so you can't stall in the same spot forever.
