Now that issue #7 of my comic is done, I've moved on to getting items up here.
Look at what Santa Itemdump will be putting underneath the Christmas tree this year.
I had a couple disappointments yesterday. I had been trying to fit a Tina Armstrong outfit to Genesis 8 Female, but the weight mapping of the handguns wasn't going well at all.
I then tried to continue work on a male item, and it is having issues for the same reason.
It's not helping that I have a pain...

I think it's all properly configured, and I've never done this before, but I am going to start streaming some of the work I do using Discord. I'm honestly not interested in doing it over YouTube or Twitch.

This is a simple OBJ file that can be imported into DAZ Studio, since my D|S is currently rendering images for the next comic. So, I used my other computer to make this.
I do have plans to make it morphing so it can be opened, but right now, it's just a simple item any figure in D|S can walk around with.

This is currently a work in progress. Trying to do render scenes for EWF Issue 7 (M/M) with testing of this in between.
Has one issue I don't like and can't resolve. There is this bump 3/4 the way down that I can't seem to remove with weight mapping. However, dForce just simulates it all away.

I've done a lot of for female models, and I have more to come (lots of half-completed mesh items), but noticed that I'm running low on ideas for the guys.
I had worked on the He-Man outfit, then the Redman from Yakuza, but both of those require custom shapes to work properly. I'm looking into seeing about providing the shapes when I post the clothing items.
Just wondering if people had some requests. What are some things on people's wish lists?

What should have been a great top and a non-thong lower half turns out to be cursed somehow.
Let me explain my usual workflow.
I start by creating the basic low polygon shape for use inside DAZ. After that, I would create a high polygon mesh and then "bake out" normal and height information to make it appear as if it's "more 3D" then it actually is. Exactly the same as the male version, but just shaped to Genesis 8 Female. It will use the same UV map and materials from the male version.

Did this from start to finish today. Took what I knew from doing the slingshot bikini to see if I could get a similar result for the ever popular one piece. Using dForce should be able to give way better results for larger breast sizes. Not only that, but I usually could manage Breast Cleavage up to about 35-40% depending on breast size and still get good results.
Comes with a bunch of national-flag inspired materials for Iray.

Another pair of boots for your wrestling wear. Short, ankle-length pair with different material zones for colouring. Comes with a white pair and black pair set of materials.

So, here they are. Currently fit to both Genesis 8 Male and Female.
Comes with a bunch of basic textures based on national flags. For something more basic, I created a bunch of different colours for various parts of the gloves (i.e., leather, laces, etc).
All materials are set to Iray.
In the future, I may release texture packs, especially if I can figure out how to properly export opacity maps from Substance Painter. Once that's done, I'll also be releasin...

Redoing my boxing gloves.
It's not fit to any particular generation of Genesis, so I have the option of making these for all generations, though leaning with just for Genesis 8, and potentially Genesis 3.
Because it's not fit, the polygons for logos are not on.
These were rendered in Substance Painter. The following are the current material zones:
1) Leather,
2) Thumbstrap, (might remove)
3) Laces, and
4) Tape.

I took various pieces already made and combined them into a single hero piece and textured it to replicate a character from the game World Heroes. Most of the work involves texturing.
I did tweak the boots and kneepads for this particular piece, but the UV maps from the original items remain unchanged.
Configured for Iray.
For the next combination set like this, I may actually combine all the maps into a single set (4096x4096) to get memory footprints down.
