Doujinshi tier interest

I've been wanting to make 18+ fan art comics for a while, and I'm thinking of adding a tier for just that. Would you be interested in supporting me if I started making doujinshi, and possibly getting them printed in the future?

IMPORTANT CHANGES!!

It's time for that monthly roundup of new major announcements regarding my Patreon, and boy, these news are BIG.

1. I now have a SECOND PATREON FOR FEMALE NSFW (https://www.patreon.com/reddspice).
Please pledge over there if you're interested in my female art, I will no longer post female art on this patreon!
I split the two content so that it's easier for people to pledge to their specific interests. Also I'll focus more on gay art since apparently, a large majority of my patrons prefer to see penises..

2. New reward: DEMOCRACY FOR ALL PATRONS (including $1 tier)

I didn't want to keep choosing all the suggestion winners by myself since it feels unfair to all of you, so I'm letting all my patrons vote for which character they want to see!
Basically, I'll choose a couple of characters from the suggestion form that you guys can vote on. Depending on the number of votes/characters, I'll do the top two or three.
If there's a character I really like, I'll do it anyway and it won't be part of the voting ;)

3. Increased Patron Engagement

Some people were displeased at how little I've posted on Patreon, which made me realize that I should really be interacting with you guys more outside of my blogs, so I'll post a roundup of all my art in a weekly update. Also, I'll start posting image previews on my twitter, so if you follow me there you'll be able to know about nsfw updates as well.

4. Gumroad: Access to Past Rewards in the works

I've gotten a couple of messages from people asking how they can access past rewards, so I'm trying to set up a Gumroad (online store for digital products) where people can buy them. Hopefully I'll be able to open it later this month or next month, so look forward to it!

5. Concerns? Suggestions? Please, let me know!

I always try to maintain a balance between what I find comfortable with doing and what my Patrons want. Sometimes I do things that people don't approve of, and most of the times it's due to a misunderstanding. For example, someone unpledged because I haven't posted anything for a month, when in truth, I've been updating all my art to my blog almost daily. So, if you have any concerns with the way I do things, let me know and I'll see if I can rectify it.

June's rewards have been sent, tier reward changes

Due to outside projects coming in and the need for me to better balance my work and social life, I adjusted the rewards to better fit with my new schedule. I'm trying to find a way to produce as much content as possible for my supporters without overworking myself, as well as putting more effort into the quality rather than quantity of my work. You can check the rewards on my patreon page to see what's changed; feel free to ask me any questions you may have. Patreon now 100% NSFW

Hey guys! A few days ago I made a post announcing that my Patreon will become totally NSFW on the first of June, so now it is. I also adjusted the rewards to fit with my new system, so please take a look at the new rewards if you haven't already. $5 patrons, feel free to unpledge if you are a minor or are uncomfortable seeing adult content.

There are two reasons for this change:

1. A large portion of my patrons are interested in seeing NSFW content anyway, including some of my $5 patrons.

2. I want to only draw silly SFW content that's personally important to me, without feeling pressured to adhere to a certain quality or quantity of artwork.

I hope everyone is alright with these adjustments; sorry for the walls of text and changes over the past few days! I plan to make lots of great stuff this month so stay tuned ^^

Important changes!

Hello dear patrons, old and new! I apologize for this slightly-last minute announcement, but I made some major changes to my Patreon that I wanted to at least let you know a few days in advance.

Effective starting today:

1. There will be no more guaranteed responses to VIP suggestions. I realized that this system can easily be abused and is unfair to commissioners who pay a lot more money for the same quality of art and guarantee. Another reason why it wouldn’t work is because several people pledge the same highest amounts.
   
2. However, the more you pledge, the higher your chances are of having your request picked repeatedly.
   
3. I am also more likely to draw characters that are requested by multiple people.
   
4. VIP suggestions are now limited to one character each and there is no longer an option to add a description. Again, this is to be fairer to commissioners.
   
5. There is now a set number of VIP suggestion picks per month: $5 tier will have 1 winner and $10 tier will have 5 winners. The number of winners will increase with each goal met. I noticed that I need more artistic freedom and therefore cannot devote too much time to requests.
   
6. My $1k goal used to say “make animations,” but I may not have time to do that, since I want to keep producing still images at a consistent rate (which is something I already enjoy). Due to my lack of time, I'm not so sure I'll be able to make those yet.
   
7. NSFW artworks will now be split into two categories: “yaoi” (males only) and “girls” (yuri, female-focused). By pledging to the $10 tier, you will get both. Both categories will get an equal number of images.
   
   

The biggest change will not take effect until June 1, and that is when this Patreon becomes 100% NSFW. As of this writing, those who pledged to get only SFW content will get their SFW rewards as promised (once their payments are processed). I will make another post detailing this major change once it takes effect on June 1st.

These are all adjustments I thought would be fair to me, my patrons, commissioners and overall everybody as a whole. Although there are limits placed, it will definitely not affect the amount or quality of content that I produce.

Some important notices

Hey guys! Here's some Patreon stuff I wanted to clear up on in case anyone gets confused.

1. I've changed my Patreon's payment schedule from "per monthly pack" to "per month." This doesn't make any huge difference, it just means that Patreon will charge you on the first of every month instead of me deciding when to charge you.

2. As you might have noticed, I stopped posting artwork to Patreon after the first week or so. This is because my followers see my artwork through my blogs first anyway so I didn't think it was necessary to post it here. All of the artwork that had been posted was meant for the public, and no exclusive content has ever been released (as of this writing).

3. Exclusive content will be sent AFTER payments have been processed. Patrons will receive a zipped file containing the link to the VIP form and artwork.

I apologize if I wasn't clear before on anything! Feel free to message me if you have any more questions, and again thank you for supporting me; you're all wonderful <3
