General Update

Good news everyone! For once I don't actually have any bad news. This is just something of a "state of the game" and "state of rewards" sort of update. 

First! The version 1.8 update, which is focused on Naomi's Café date, is coming along quite well. I already have roughly 25 renders (updates typically range between 40 and 70 new renders) for the date, and have the only new location largely sorted. So, one of things I'm doing as part of the next update is populating the Café properly. I'd always intended to add at least a girl behind the counter (this is, in fact, why Lily's Café Date isn't currently considered 'finished,' as there are intended to be some additional erotic actions/orders involving the Café girl). FINALLY it's here. Whether it's ultimately finished or not is actually still being debated. Jaylee managed to extend the story out to 4400 words or so, but isn't entirely happy with the ending. Update for 1.7

Whew! The coding is DONE for 1.7. Well, aside from some places I want to add the new sound files for Naomi, at least. Obviously, I'm out of time by the large and thus not going to add any other new scenes. Considering just how much content I crammed into the date, I don't really feel bad about that. Expect to see the Patron $5+ version up either tomorrow or Monday. I still need to do at least a light proof reading pass and some more testing for bugs.

Super Quick Update

I'm technically done with the coding for the first half of the beach date...but I'm still whacking bugs and fixing lots of broken bits. Partly, this is on account of me accidentally coding myself into a corner and fixing it with a brute force approach that would appall every coding teacher I've ever had -_-. It's nothing that will effect the game's performance, though, and it was the only quick fix I could think of. I might try to clean it up eventually.

Quick Update

Having daywalker people in town is fucking my sleep/work schedule, so I'm not getting as much done as fast as I want. Even so, I've got the basic structure of the Beach Date, plus the chat options coded and tested. I think I can wrap up the first half of the date code (which is where all the complicated bits are) tomorrow. Probably. After that it shouldn't be more than a day or two to wrap that up. 

Even so, the drain on my code time means I might not get another small scene in like I had...

Just a quick update this time. Ended up having to make another couple of renders that I'd forgotten I'd need or decided I needed. Otherwise, I got all the renders added to the script file (resizing them in many cases, adding the code to get them into the game, that sort of thing). Which doesn't sound like much, until you realized I needed to get some 46 images sorted out, organized in a way that I wouldn't hate myself while trying to program them, then add them.
