August Call for Questions

I meant to do this yesterday, but I got caught up in the latest pages of Tetsuko's Odyssey.

It's time to ask you if you've got anything to ask me. Any questions about me, my characters, my work methods... anything (except politics), leave them in the comments below.

I'm aiming for the weekend of the 28th through the 30th for posting the video, so please get your questions by Tuesday the 25th.

Y'know, it's funny. There was a time - and it seems like not long ago, but it has to be at least 12 years* - that I would never have considered doing "girl-girl" sex pics. Even more so if it involved any of my existing characters; as far as I was concern...

Charlotte's Sexy Workout - plate 4

I wanted to get one more drawing done and posted before the end of the month... and it's time for a new plate for the "Charlotte's Sexy Workout" portfolio.

Here we see Charlotte doing seated lat pulldowns; she puts a great deal of effort into building strong back muscles (for two *ahem* obvious reasons).

I still need to learn how to render wet fabric against skin, apparently...

July 2020 Q and A

This was an interesting experience, and in some ways I put more work into this one than usual. (You'll see what I mean at the end of the video.)

One thing I didn't bother with: a "custom thumbnail. With YooToob pitching a hissy fit over the past three videos having thumbnails that "violate" their "community standards", I just said screw it, I'll just pick the one out of the three they choose for you that makes me look less ridiculous than the others.

I told Tetsuko about the request; she said, "Sure! Just wait a couple of days, and all my hair will grow back." (Her hair grows very quickly, y'see...)

So a couple of days later, we went back to the beach and re-created the pose, only with her pubic "thatch" intact.

...or should that be "Tetsuko flexing on nude beach"? (There are a couple of beaches in Florida that are sometimes amenable to "clothing optional"... if you catch them at the right time.)

You'll note that Tetsuko shaved for this occasion, since the bikini she was (almost) wearing in the SFW version was so skimpy it would have covered barely any of her pubic "thatch".

June 2020 Q and A

Let's see if YT has another hissy fit over the thumbnail...

As you'll see in the video, I got the first question that I came this -><- close to not answering... but I did reply. So, I am pleased with the fact that I have answered every question anyone's sent in. (There was that one time I didn't answer the question in the month it was submitted, but only because I'd somehow missed it. I did answer it the following month.)

(NSFW) Kaijuu Fighter Tetsuko!

Really happy with how this turned out.

I tried something a little different this time. If you look closely, you'll see the lines are not smooth "ink"* lines. For this illustration, I went with a tightly-drawn "pencil"* line. I like the result; and it may have saved me some time getting this drawing finished. Not saying I'll abandon the look of "inked"* lines, but I will add this to my repertoire.

At the time I started, I didn't have a name for the monster. I've decided to christen...

New version of Dyna animatic

As I mentioned in the previous post, I made a new version of a shot from the Dyna vs. Mezaros animatic I featured in this post. I wound up not liking the previous version, so...

I like the angle of Dyna's body better here (mainly because you have a better view of her cleavage  (insert devilish emoji here)). I think I handled her blowing hair better in this shot as well.

Okay, someone's got it in for me

First the thumbnail, now the entire video!

Some entity named "ShoPro" has filed copyright claims against my latest Q and A video, claiming they own the copyrights to not only the two Urusei Yatsura themes I used in it, but also "High Priestess" by Uriah Heep!

Color me skeptical that the same person or firm holds all three copyrights. I think what happens is that anyone can make a spurious claim of copyright infringement, and YouTube acts immediately to yank the "offending" materia...

Everything's OK again

Earlier, i posted here about YouTube's decision to delete the thumbnail pic for my latest Q and A video.

I appealed the decision, and heard back from them saying they'd reversed their decision and restored the thumbnail. So I deleted the post about the situation because, well, it's no longer relevant. (I would've kept the post up and simply done a "strikethrough" on all the words and left an Emily Litella-like "Never mind" at the end, but I couldn't find the strikethrough option in Patr...

Actually, what I'd like is that there isn't a "Pic of the Month", because it makes it sound like that's the only pic for the month. I'd like to be able to post two (or more) pieces of art a month (and that includes little fun things like this animation I posted the other day. I always want to make sure you're getting value for your pledges.

Since I know a goodly number of you love to see Tetsu...

One of the things I enjoy drawing almost as much as a Tetsuko-level massive muscle-woman is the smaller* woman (like Charlotte or, as seen here, Sonya) popping a large rocklike bicep out of a deceptively slender arm.

*well, smaller in everything except breasts, anyway ;)
