Ultimate Art Fire Surge

New rare spell being added in this update which deals constant damage while the button is held down for up to 8 seconds, while giving the user some damage resistance. (The version used in the vid is an ultimate art so its bigger and more destructive than a regular one would be. Also ultimate arts for this spell won't be available until higher level cap)

Finished Dark Sea Procedurally-Generated Islands

Here are some sets of procedurally generated islands (First pic is small islands, second is medum, third is large)

Dark Sea Item Modifier

Some items found in the Dark Sea, or items dropped by Atlanteans, can have the Atlantean modifier on them, which gives the item Insanity plus a bit of another stat that the item doesn't have. It also affects the appearance of items, and can be applied manually to accessories/chestpieces/leggings using Atlantean essence, a rare item in the Dark Sea. Once an item has Atlantean applied to it, it cannot be taken off.

Procedural Island Generation for the Dark Sea (WIP)

For the past few days I've been working on this in a separate studio file and I thought I'd share the progress here. It's still very early on, with biome or feature placement yet, but the generation itself is coming along better than I imagined.

12 cannons on each side, 2 front cannons, 1 (or 2?) siege weapon slots, ram slot, and a fully customizable captain's cabin with new features (will make a separate post when the customization of the captain's cabin is fully done since a lot of the stuff in there is placeholder)

Pretty cool small feature that allows for additional types of builds and boosts while also giving pve/explorer players another thing to do. In the Dark Sea Update I plan to also add exotic types of gems that give 2 different stats when crafted into a jewel,  and other stuff like that

Underwater Structures on the Map

In the next update, you can reveal underwater structures on the map by finding Sea Charts in Sailor Chests, which also shows you a total Diving % for that server. When you complete all underwater structures in a single server, you get the Bronze Sea Diver title and badge

Underwater Improvements in the Brewing Update

Underwater structures and diving points are now pretty much complete, as well as an underwater lighting and ambience improvement. These structures will serve as a way to get good loot in exchange for a risk, or by use of potions to reduce the risk, as well as some potion reagents which will be found in these structures.

Finally getting back into working on the game after having to deal with all that hotfix bs for a week. I also took a few days break to just play some games and relax, but I'm ready to start grinding the next update now. Won't have anything to show for a few days probably since there are a lot of bugs to fix before I start working on the brewing stuff.

New map features

Added these things to each island called "exploration tasks" which give XP when completed and change the island's name to gold. Completing all of them across all islands in a sea will give a unique title, such as "Bronze Sea Explorer" for the Bronze Sea one. Ravenna is one of the larger islands so it has a ton of tasks, but smaller wilderness islands only have a few

Warlord Awakening showcase by Inferno

Awakenings progress, weapon aura effects, build charging visuals

Hey yall, as you probably know I've been working on awakenings and build-related stuff the past few days and I'm happy to say that they're almost done. I also added build-based charging effects that can blend together if you're a hybrid build.

As for release, stuff is still looking good to release in February, and even though it won't have as much on release as I wanted, I'm confident it'll be good enough, as my only goal is that people can play and get a sense of what the game is focus...

Magma Magic visuals
