Maintaining the fragile truce between the corvids and the government is draining and requires everyone to stay in line. The problem is that line is breaking and it’s all gonna fall on cyras’ shoulders when it turns to shit. Reik’s group is too much of an outlier here, and is threatening the delicate balance and causing the government to retaliate.
