Update #7 An expert massage therapist

Greetings!

The poor MC has been under the dubious enjoyment of Saranhil's massaging fingers. That leaves me with one more scene to render for the next episode. I have a a couple of animations I'd like to do as well. There's still more work to do after that with actually putting it all in the game, adding the dialogue, and so on, but we're getting there.

In unrelated news I was checking up on how many of the Discworld novels I've read and it seems I'm at 33/41. Not sure how to feel...

Update #6 Too much lighting is not good for you

Hello everybody! This week I managed to crash my entire PC while doing renders. I'm pretty sure it was due to adding to many light sources at once, haven't had the issue since I cut them down anyways.

I should be putting up a poll soon, there's supposed to be a new character introduced in Chapter 3. The healer. I haven't decided what the character is supposed to be though, the only thing that is pretty much set in stone is pointy ears. One must be aware of the important things in life, ...

Update #5 Actual trouble in the arena

Hello! Another week, another update. This time I've finished rendering the first scene that actually takes place in the arena. Finally the title of the game makes a little sense.

All in all I finished the other half of the scene that I began last week, and another two. So two and a half. That makes for a total of eight scenes fully rendered out of a planned twelve. There will be an animation or two going on in the later scenes, so those might take a bit more time.

Update #4 The pointiest of ears

Greeting and salutations, welcome to this weeks update.

Yeah, that picture of Grishna is a recurring bug that happens for some reason. Don't know what's going on with that. Luckily it's fixed by just replacing her with another copy of herself, so it only takes a few seconds. If I ever manage to miss this happening in the background, pretend you didn't see it so that I can live in blissful ignorance.

Update #3 Musing on small steps

Howdy! Welcome to update number three.

Every day I aim to get one step closer to a finished release. It might be the mighty step of a towering titan or the teetering step of a limping toddler. But a step nonetheless. 

This week I've finished the renders of three more scenes, you can see some sneak peeks of them in the images attached. Whether that means I've been more of a toddler or a titan this week, well, I don't know.

Hello, hello, and hello. Welcome to the second game update. I hope you've had a good week.

Script writing has been going well, so well that it's actually finished. As I mentioned in the last update it's not so much a final script as it is an outline. The text document comes out at ~5200 words. For reference the first chapter's document is ~4500 words. So you can expect this chapter to be a tad bit longer than the first.

I honestly didn't realize how anxiety-inducing it would be to release something that I've created to the public and I actually had a hard time falling a sleep last night. My heart just kept pounding.

Episode 1 Release

This is the first release and so there will be no early access, that would be rather silly I feel. The first episode introduces the main cast of characters, has a naughty scene or two, and finishes with an animated scene. Some of the lighting might seem a little off in certain scenes, this is simply because it's my first attempt at creating something like this. Rest assured that the quality will continue to improve as I work on this project.
