As threatened; I am posting both versions of the Kat's fantasy picture here. The image is supposed to be a follow up to step 8 on the growth drive. I don't have a lot to say other than the step 8 pose immediately made me think of Kat getting all bothered by coming up with this mental image and that made the first bonus image int eh set pretty easy to come up with. Also I don't draw outright porn that much so I gotta take this inspiration when it shows up.

I went through a lot of failed attempts to decide on a background for this before realizing it looked better with a more lighting and mood focus. I still feel like the lack of background is an easy way out, but in this case works better for visual appeal. At least until my background drawing chops level up a few times.

Learning New Tablet and Thinking About Goth Boobs

The above is a bit of practice with the new tablet as warm up for working on Barria steps and the Big Tid Goth GF Patreon illustration. Which I have a general idea  and gesture of what to do. I still might use someone's OC for the picture (I am strongly resisting the urge to just draw Bettsy again), but figured it would be a good chance to try and come up with my own.

January is a Month! Happy New Year and Lotts of Barria.

Well that was a pretty good way to end of the year gosh darned it; and with that I'm going to be rolling up my sleeves for January with some of the lessons learned from last year and a clearer idea going forward.

January is going to have a little more structure than I have had in the past. I have gotten a lot more comfortable with my patreon schedule system, and keeping in contact here with what I am working on. So the following month I will be breaking things down like this:

The winning poll from last month was the "Santa Candice handing out BE cookies" though I may have overextended myself a bit on this idea. I want to have this done before the holiday, but I need to step away from it for a sec and work on the next Barria step. (I am honestly kind of doubting my abilities on this one but gonna push through).

So kind of a fun aspect to this one is that these have the potential to overlap (especially Degen and Snowy's Big Tiddy OCs, etc) So this is going to be another situation where close calls or ties can actually work out and create a prompt from multiple selections. First off: Barria steps from the growth drive will be their own folder. So that's coming later on, today I'm gonna upload a full version of the commission I did for AlphaErasure of their dragon girl Malice to make up for not posting those right away.

I am still kind of struggling with what to do for the Christmas picture and its getting pretty close to time on that so will probably spend the next couple days focused on finishing that for you all before moving on to something else.

December is a month! Hello from the burning wreckage of Tumblr

So, first order of business. While I try and close up shop over on tumblr I will be making an archive of all my old work and splitting it into two libraries:

the Clockwork Tower library: the general portfolio art, character design, illustration, Shadowlark, and so forth.

And the Demonesu library: pretty much exclusively the fetish art and stuff related to it.

It's a little odd having a month where I did a lot more show than tell, and I want to do more of the patreon first things in December. Ideally I want to get things all streamlined for the new year. Also working on an extended post about Tumblr and my nsfw blog and how that's relative to other things - but still parsing it out.

November is a Month, Eventually!

I'm a bit slow on the draw this week while I work out how I plan to get to the projects I want for this month. The winningist patron reward is Halloween themed, but I can easily work that into something that works for a illustration in any season. I just need to make a reminder on the suggestion posts that the polls are for the following month (mental note; there is another illustration I haven't gotten to yet I should finish this month along with October's).

October Art Dump!

The fact that this month went really well kind of means I don't have a lot to say for this final weekly update for the month- the second NEU comic is finished, I have projects lined up for next month, I'm almost entirely caught up on work, and things are going well. I am still worried about how long its taking me to get back to Shadowlark, BUT, makign progress on work is good even if I don't get everything I want done. Progress is progress!

It's that last hump week of the month: votes came in pretty early this time for the reward and the NEU comic is on its final stages (lettering done just colors and cover to finish). Still not one hundred percent happy with my productivity but considering the number of illustrations and one comic completed this week its not too bad. 

Other than that uh. I guess stay tuned for the completed NEU comic? And we can see what else I sneak in before the month is over!
