Having done all the key bedroom pics last month, I am focusing this month on the last of the home pictures. The plan is to release version 0.6 when I've done them all, hopefully that won't be the end of the month. Here's some odd assorted pics.

Date Ariane Alpha for June

The Alpha release for June, version 0.55 is ready. About half of the bedroom scenes and all of the animations are done, hope to have the rest next month.

Pic 212: Animation Stills

As expected, my goal of finishing all the bedroom scenes did not come to pass. But this week I did manage to finish the animations which are the biggest amount of work for the bedroom remake.

I have about 32 more images to do to complete the bedroom and due to real life medical stuff next month between the pre-anxiety and post recovery, next month is likely going to be slow on new images too, but I plan to do those last 32 and be done with the house stuff.

Pic 211: The Dare

Still behind this month, but chugging along. This week I'm sharing the scene where Ariane checks her mail wearing "nothing but tennis shoes and a hat".

Part of the difficulty in making the scene is that it takes place "in the cover of darkness" except street lights, this makes the pictures naturally on the dark side. But the pictures turned out fine.

Other notes: The hat she is wearing is the same one from Ariane in Paradise. Nothing in this scene uses any props or poses ...

Real life has been difficult, but I'm trying to do what I can and managed to get some work done, just to give myself a sense of accomplishment.

Well I finally got to the bedroom pics as the last of the house pics.

Unfortunately, last half of May is proving difficult to spend time rendering, thanks to RL drama, but these weekly pics are keeping me going. It also doesn't help that bedroom pictures are particularly challenging to reconstruct.

Pic 206: Bathing inside and out

The biggest difference from this picture remake and the last two, is that during the last two I reused the poses from the previous time. This time I have to make and use new poses. This is how it worked remaking Ariane in Paradise too. I have to use a new standard pose, or make my own.

The above is Ariane getting out of the hot tub, which used to involve Ariane straddling the side of the tub. Now I use a sexy stretch as she stands up.

Pic 205: The Hot Tub

Got a handful of pictures to share. I started playing with the code of DA2, getting rid of the broken walk-throughs and trying to balance the game in a new direction. This will be an ongoing things.

But I want to finish the house renders: Hot tub, Bedroom, Shower stuff. Starting with the hot tub first. The original DAR renders were the same pose with different face gestures, and I'm trying different poses as well as gestures.

I really like the new version, even though I got used to the way off model version. It's odd hearing Rachel's distinctive voice out of this version.

Pic 200: Making Out on the Couch

Hey I made it to photo collection 200. Too bad I don't have much to show.

I promised last week I would do pool shots, but then focused in indoor pics instead. The problem is that most of the pictures I made this week are out of context and weird, or separated into foregrounds and backgrounds.

But of the 70 new pictures I made I found some worth sharing.

Pic 199: A Drive Downtown

This is about the trip downtown. It uses almost the same props as the old one except Ariane eats Chicken instead of soup.

I could have brought the entire restaurant set into Daz, but adding 4 characters and full dinners felt like a lot of work to look blurry in, I just rerendered the old background picture, and added a Gaussian blur to it. Did the same to the bar waiting area with SITAR Rachel and Bonnie.

Date Ariane 2 version 0.3 update

Here is the update for Date Ariane 2 for March. Added about 100 pictures, and fixed a fair amount of bugs.

All 5 versions of dinners have been redone. So has the garage pictures, the park playground pictures. For the fancy restaurant, I just decided to just render the original background and do a distance blur. There are new looks for the diner and restaurant waitresses. Sadly I had to lose the "old" Ariane waitress, as her model has gotten too old for Daz Studio. :-(

I'm back to working on Date Ariane 2, this week featuring the good old "Drive-N-Dine" which has been in the game since 2010. The diner was loosely based on the restaurant chain Hooters which recently filed for bankruptcy. Real life has not been kind.
