Ichiban Uses Anything

A small little gameplay feature i want to make for Freelancer Ichiban where he is able to use any job weapon, but not proficiently, unlocks some  cool heat actions though!

New Weapon Pickup System

Haven't added the picking up yet, but unlike the first mod, you now get a cool indicator when you can pick up a nearby weapon.
