Simple rasengan effect, mostly inspired by Nitrostormbcn's version
This is more or less the same setup I've posted but does not use geometry nodes anymore and slightly cleaned up. To have it align to a camera you can still use a simple 'track to' constraint on the plane mesh(set target to the camera object)

Little doodle with the viewport motion blur.
Both .blend files for 3.6 and 4.2 are included, the major difference is that you will only be able to see the motion blur if you are in Eevee-next(currently in 4.2) and that motion blur is enabled.

This uses Blender 4.1 for the bake node(geometry nodes), the baked data is pretty small(~300 KB) so that's also included (you don't need to do anything and it should open smoothly).
I did make a custom nodegroup to do the soft edges, but this one didn't use any.

Hilbert render tiles from older versions of Blender. The setup is procedural, so this basically uses geonodes to generate the texture to use in the shader setup.
