Tier Benefit Adjustment

Bit of an announcement: going forward, the $50 Whale tier is going to have three votes in the What If polls and two in the Weekly Writing, starting with the next vote.  I didn't think anyone would actually sign up for it, but now that they have it doesn't seem fair that they're not actually getting anything for it.  I'd be happy to hear any feedback you guys might have on this.
