Originally, I had Andrew in the centre of the frame, with Tommy looking 'past' him to the auction house bully, but I became concerned it looked too much like Tommy was getting angry with Andrew, so for the sake of clarity I switched their positions. Though I think in terms of layout, the original composition was stronger.

I awoke at 9:15 the next morning, groaning as the light chinking through the curtains stabbed me in the eyes like daggers of sunlight. My head felt thick and overinflated, and – as I staggered to the bathroom to rid myself of the intestinal detritus from last night’s feast – I promised myself to at least try not to overindulge, next time I got together with the fat Welshman.

As you can see here, I flirted with the idea of having Andrew asleep on the recliner, all fed and fat, but in the end I wanted to show him interacting with Tommy, since this is the first time we're seeing Tommy.
