We're seeing Loona quickly build up her confidence. Her little tryst with Millie was a big ego boost for her, so she's doing something here that I don't think she would have ever done, with anybody, without more self-confidence.

What could she have to talk about that would require Moxxie to be so close?

The Sinsmas episode came out the day before posting this. Nothing about that episode is going to change the storyline here, but it was nice to see Loona bonding more with Millie in a previous episode and in this lates...
