hey guys, here we go again with another page of this story... a story i'm not quite sure i'm going to be able to finish in 26 pages? i don't want to cut off things awkwardly or rush things so as of now i'd say the 26 in parentheses is a guesstimate that is probably going to be a bit off. Sorry if it's taking so long to wrap this up, but i want to give this chapter a good sendoff, i hope you understand ^_^'. Anyways, here's page 22 finished.

not much to say this week tbh, except this page was quite fun to draw, i had a blast drawing the waves of wine and it dripping on the guys bodies, but tbh i'm not sure this is particularly realistic or accurate, needless to say it's not easy to come across references of seas of wine and people drenched in it online XD

ok , let's do this. When i wrote the previous post i meant like, a poll to let you choose wich fantasy monster i'd draw, but i wasn't really clear about that and you guys asked for a poll with different kind of themes for a pic, wich i'm also down to, so let's do that instead! X3

a lil hiatus on zap & andy : get outta hell and something to put in their place

so, i'm pretty much done with all the graphics for the first two chapters of the game, wich will be included in the demo. That said, programming and writing aren't there yet, and working on levels further than the second would on one side mean i could waste a lot of effort on things we might decide not to include, and it would force rick and al to work around my stuff. So i've decided to take a break from doing further work until the game is more fleshed out or at least i have a solid outline...

patreon devlog update 34: chaos is a ladder

still stuck on chapter 2 >_>  you think you finished all the animations, but more and more keep popping up as the story gets fleshed out and details are being added. This week i worked on a lot of tiny animations to make the game feel more alive and plesant to watch.

so, there is a ladder puzzle in this chapter, and of course we didn't have a ladder climbing animation, so that had to be done. But this is good, it'll be useful for other situations for sure:

hey guys! here's page 17 all done! i personally don't mind how shezmu's gardener turned out , he's a fun critter to draw! the idea was to make him resemble a certain someone ,but i'm fine with him not looking at all like the character in question, it'll be obvious soon enough anyways.

no zap & andy update this week too, sorry.

so , with rick being at blfc and meek finishing up with the writing of chapter 2 and me having completed most of the main stuff for it ,  there'll  probably be not much to show this week. I'll likely draw some  talking sprites and maybe some extra expressions and poses for zap and andy ( them being all cheery all the time isn't exactly super immersive ) so not exactly enough in terms of an update.
