Patreon devlog update 129: a bit of everything

heyo peeps! the level is getting really sizeable now, and is probably one of the prettiest thing in the game, so we're pretty happy with our work- let me show you what i did this week:

so we needed an animation of zap casting the checkbook spells that wasn't just an user interface element. Given that he has 6 spells and another costume in this level that meant i had to basically make 12 animations, that took basically all of yesterday-

still not much to say about fenris high unfortunately. Captaingerbear ( the programmer) has been steadily working hard on building an editor for the game so even I, without any programming skills, can plug in and build the game on my own. aaaand it's done! i apologize in advance if you expected it to be longer, but from the start i kind of planned it to not go further than six updates. I was ready for game overs and not reaching the boss in time by the sixth update, but you guys KILLED IT! lots of creative suggestions and all around good sportmanship and fun banter really made me reach the finale super smoothly!

i hope you had fun with this lil intermission, because i had a BLAST drawing it, even if it was a lot of work...
