Let's learn a bit more about the changes to the tracker. The biggest change compared to the tracker in chapter 2, is that the events are now grouped according to the NPC.
Here is how the new tracker screen looks in Ch 3. ep 2:
There are two main areas that can be clicked, the events themselves, and two new buttons shown below.

A few days ago I asked the admirals if delaying the release to the 5th of December in order to have a more complete update would be better than releasing earlier but having a smaller update after.
The result was clear, 93% were for releasing it on the 5th of December and that's what will happen.
