Roshar Asset Pack

Hello everyone, I've put together some assets for a strange, desert climate for a map I've done for Brandon Sanderson's Cosmere RPG, and thought I'd share them. Some wagons for a nomadic people, Chulls, the large crablike beasts often used like mounts for the people of Roshar, and a variety of strange flora. I hope you enjoy them!

Exquisite Estate-46x44-Exterior and Interior

The local lord has spared no expense transforming his home into a place of beauty. Terraced walls and garden pathways welcome visitors, statues and busts of previous lords decorate the estate. The hedges and gardens are lovingly tended by the groundskeeper, living in a humble house within the estate's walls. The interior tells the story of a landed country lord whose fortunes have steadily risen over the generations, but never forgot where they've come from. Ample servant's quarters and a...

August 2024 Map Drop-Exhumed Graves, Lava Lake, Dragonbones and more!

For our first map drop post billing switch, I think you'll all appreciate a lack of email/notification spamming. So here are the maps and assets for this month in one post!

Exhumed Graves 30x30

Once a humble cemetery, this sanctuary has been gutted, plundered, and defiled. ...

City Depths (WIP?)

As we make the transition into subscription billing next month, I do have one more per-creation cycle to get through. This post was going to be an empty one to cover the double-sized Alpine Wilderness map from this month, but instead I thought I'd share the map combo for the City Depths. I may not do any more with this, but you never know. As of now, it combines 5 different and large battlmaps into one twisting labyrinth of undercity encounters, with a variety of entrances and pathways for yo...

Alpine Wilderness

I wanted to make a large, sweeping, double-sized landscape map and take a shot at giving trees a real sense of height and depth, so I put together some new assets and tried to create a frontier-style alpine rocky wilderness type of map. I'm quite pleased with it overall, and hope it presents an interesting locale for your next outdoor encounter!

Alpine Trees Pack

A selection of trees to diversify your wilderness a bit more than the options I currently have available. I've recently been looking at more of the wonderful landscapes of Red Dead Redemption 2 and Hunt Showdown and found the tall Ponderosa pines so beautiful, and wanted to put in some properly TALL trees, so I drafted this pack as part of the Alpine Wilderness map.

Corpse Asset Pack

Something I've been working on since last month, a modular asset pack to put together your own corpses, and a few dozen premade corpse tokens to sprinkle around a dungeon of battlefield. Always handy to decorate a few guard corpses around that waylaid wagon or dragon cave.

Switching to Subscription Billing

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to let you all know that Patreon has recently notified me that they are discontinuing the Per Creation billing model and beginning to migrate creators to their monthly or "subscription" billing model instead. So we're making the move.

What this means for you: Instead of US$1 per map and 4 maps per month, (or US$4 per month) I'm shifting my tier pricing to US$5 per month for Adventurer level supporters and US$10 per month for Knig...

Dungeon Asset Pack

A selection of classic dungeon assets for this month. As I've suggested before, I've had remarkably few "classic" dungeons for a guy named "Dungeonmapster." Here we've got a few new assets and patterns for some classic dungeon creation, some of which you're starting to see in this month's other maps. More incoming!

Thieves Guild

The sewer terminates at a trio of grates, an archway leading down a decrepit stone hallway. A destroyed drainage chamber discourages wanderers from travelling deeper down the passage, especially considering the boxes forming perfect cover for a handful of keen eyed guards on the other side of the collapsed bridge.

For those welcome inside, however, these chambers have been repurposed into a clandestine hideout and place of business for rogues and criminals of all stripes, welcome t...

Crumbling Cavern

As you step into the cavern, the air grows thick with a musty, damp scent in this hollow space. The cavern walls, once robust and imposing, now crumble and crack, revealing their ancient age. The floor is uneven with broken fragments of rock. Beyond a perch at the North of the cavern, an eerie sight unfolds: giant spider webs span across the area, their silken threads glistening with moisture. The webs stretch from floor to ceiling, intricate and deadly, like the handiwork of some monstro...

Bloodstained Battlefield

The stench of death is redolent, temporary barricades pebble an otherwise unremarkable field, dotted with bloody corpses of the fallen.

Submerged Sanctum

The stairs at the back of the chapel lead down into the basement level. Once, locals considered this place a refuge from hurricanes or swirling storms that ripped across the bayou. But no longer. Locals today or daringly unwise children might descend the stairs, a few perhaps brave enough to dash forward and place a toe in the stagnant floodwater. Boastful drinkers back in town might brag of taking a swim in its depths, whether true or not, while others refuse to speak of the place at all...

Root-Ravaged Chapel

Rain falls in a steady drizzle that seems never to ease up over this strange chapel. Locals tell the tale of simple country folk that used to form its congregation, scores of people that disappeared into these waters decades ago without a trace, save for a tall pile of shoes abandoned at water's edge.

Out in the hinterlands of the marsh, this long abandoned ruin is crawling with strange, thick, snakelike roots that writhe around the structure like worms. An eerie sense of ...

Arcane Arcade

As you make your way down the cobblestone streets, a sound catches your ear. A loud and piercing trill of merry beeping, and as you make your way closer, you see why. Blinking neon lights and the clamor of patrons of all ages is hard to miss as they make their way into the Arcane Arcade. A novel establishment courtesy of an enterprising and eccentric sorcerer. These magical devices display places and worlds unseen, games viewed through a crystal ball, for a mere gold piece.

Frosthold, Interior-30x30

Wind whips cold and blustering atop this peak. Tall and imposing, the dark stone of this fort is ever-rimed with Winter's chill. Night and day, a blazing beacon remains lit to guide errant knights back to their remote stronghold for rest, repairs, and repast.

Crossroads-43x44

The winding road twists and turns, the sounds of town long ago left behind. A large hill looms overhead to the North, while dark trees do likewise to the South. Ahead, the road forks, uphill or down, near a ruined stone building now budding with trees and bushes.

Not yet fully finished, I've posted a sneak peek earlier this month of a mega map that combines several different maps together, all stitched up and blended. This map is in fact part of what I needed to pull them...

Twisting Thicket - Public Release

As you make your way through the wood, between the tall trees on either side, you soon find a small clearing filled with the trill of birdsong. Corridors wind their way through the dense brush, and the babble of a stream nearby promises a refreshing drink, and perhaps more secrets tucked away in the wood should adventurers seek to explore it more fully.

Tents and Carts - Asset Pack

I wanted to make a more comprehensive set of assets for camping adventurers, especially since many that I have are quite outdated at this point. Tents fit for hunters, adventurers, or a military encampment, plus a few little carts that I put together for travelers or tinkerers.
