Vote for which character should get fattest, which should get least fat, and what shapes you think any of the characters look like would suit them!
AS A SPECIAL TWIST: How fat they get in general will depend on how many votes total there are! Same number of votes as military = the same fatness scale. More votes = fatter, and fewer votes = less fat!
