As a gamer I'll admit I never got going on the Tekken series of fighting games, where Lili here comes from.  Not that the series didn't look fun or well made, but to me they just didn't have the flash of Street Fighter, the shock value of Mortal Kombat, or the glorious, unbridled smut of Dead or Alive.  As much as I love video games there simply aren't enough hours in the day to play them all I'm afraid.

But the upcoming Tekken 7 has my attention as the most anticipated fight...

And so begins Chapter 7!  It's pretty clear how Bria has been coping since Warren caught her cheating.  But will this be enough?  I'll be bouncing back and forth between Casey and Bria as the POV characters this time around, as I've been waiting for a chance to get into Bria's head from a narrative standpoint.

The story is nearing its conclusion, (relatively anyhow, it will still take several months to get to the end of Chapter 8.)  But just the same I thought the part...

It's cover time again!  Funny how I always feel like when a cover comes along I'll have an "easy week" as far as the comic is concerned, but I always end up obsessing over it until I've spent about the same amount of time I would have on a full page lol.

So obviously Bria will feature heavily in this chapter and I couldn't be more excited to showcase her again.  Other than short appearances she really hasn't starred since chapter two.  I look forward to having a chance to focus ...

So my contest entry is about 60% done, cutting it a little close here, as I have barely a week left before the deadline.  I've still got colors to tweak, faces to paint and, well, a pint or two of come to splatter all over her.  I don't usually post more than one WIP for a single picture but this one is so big I thought it'd be fun to show it at a few different stages of development.

Whew! This page certainly took some doing lol. It started on one computer and finished on a second.  I attempted to upgrade to the latest version of Photoshop with the new computer.  The interface may as well have been written in Chinese for how well I understood it. I couldn't even figure out how to change brushes easily.  Phrases like "newfangled" and "gol-dern" were thrown around with reckless abandon.

So did I persevere? Hell no. I uninstalled it and went back to Photoshop C...

High fives! At long last I've gotten my grubby little hands on a new computer that actually works when I turn it on.  The delay has put me quite behind schedule of course, but the minute this posts I'll get back to finishing up this week's page of Switch.  Expect it later tonight! :D

Now Experiencing Technical Difficulties

So while I was working on the latest page of Switch tonight my computer died.  As in DIED died.  It's my own damn fault really for buying so cheap in the first place. 

Anyhow, to my everlasting shame, Switch will be late this week.  I'm ordering a new computer first thing in the morning, (I have to wait until then so I can have the supervision of a tech-savvy friend to make sure I don't waste money on junk.....again.). I'll have the parts shipped overnight and h...
