I'm always surprise when I put more than two colours on a picture and it works, I've been doing monochromatic illustrations for so long!

It's been ages since I've wanted to draw a sketch page of these girls ! I just love their interactions (sharing w you the two comics I love most)
I so wanted to add them only sketchbook! It's doing well, 60 pages !! I need to wrap it up today so I can send it to the printer and have them for this weekend 👀 fingers crossed
I totally binge watched the two seasons of Interview with the Vampire and omg I loved it !
The first sketch is inspired by a scene in a Jude Law film by the way ! Mesmerizing role!
Not using colours for years and then using them all at once. Colour theory and brush pens are hard to master but mistakes need to be made to be able to learn I guess !
Note to self : paper choice is important
Also I try not to make every single thing "aesthetic" so I can free myself from the struggle of not doing everything perfectly but HOW are other artist's random ugly study sketches always pretty O. O
My friends spoiled me for my birthday and I'm trying out some acrylic markers ! Trying to just draw without thinking, it's hard but worth it !

Hi everyone! I'm trying out new ways to present my new babies for this year's conventions ! It's not easy i have so much stuff on my table already!
I was also wondering, as my Patrons i would like to offer you priority if there was any charm or tiny clays that you would want before i sell them in convention ! I would sell them between 5 and 10€ depending on the size / complexity.

Drawing them for V day made me want to draw them as teenager again ! Then i realized i used my ipad so much last year it might be one of the first REAL traditional sketch i've drawn since 2022... It's crazy oo

I bought a Cricut as a Christmas treat to myself, and also because this way i'll be able to offer physical reward stickers to you all but ... It's way more difficult to tame than I imagined! (And my printer isn't helping lol)

It's far from perfect! To be honest it's a "so ugly it's cute" kind of results on some of them ? The resin glaze is the hardest part, i messed up a few cute ones ;;
But I'm trying new things ! I was thinking maybe keychains for some, or earrings and necklaces? Or just cute ones that you can put on your desk or in your car (i'd like to make some for plants later !)
If you have any idea of what you'd like to see !!
I've been wanting to play with clay for a while, but it's like the blank page artblock, you're always afraid to start! Like lino printing -i'm working on it as we speak !
I'm ready to accept they won't be perfect, but at least they will exist !!

As always when dealing with art block, it’s hard to know how/when to come back to drawing. As some of you might know, working as a full time artist doesn’t leave you much choice but since I stopped working with publishers I’m trying to find love into drawing again, one step at a time
