Art Book news

as many of you know I've been working on the bulk of this shit in order to put together one of several Emain related books--Today that has become a reality. I have a print company, and worked on making the mockup for how pages will look in this book [a creature compendium]

The ark style dossiers were a fun thing to do in order to get the ideas down and semi-refined and because I'm a big fan of Ark with like, 2k hours in it [I had no life at one point erraaa]

Ezrael coming across a recently deceased [heat, its a killer] Kyononix with a single pup. The pup is emaciated and suffering heat stroke but is surprisingly strong considering its sickly state. She opts to take the little thing with her. First thing she will do though, is pack it full of water and food so it survives the trek back to wherever she's come from.

Dossier: Reska

The Reska-a massive sea predator that glides above the ocean and swoops down to snatch fish.

They have not been tamed, but Drakes have a kinship with them similar to dolphins with human fisherman. The Reska will fly over schools of fish, directing the drakes where to cast their nets. When the fish are brought in, the catch is shared with the Reska. So while they are wild, they are tolerant of drakes and will work with them for a free meal.

Galabu, a big cow, but not. As a rule, drakes don't eat or harm reptilians of ANY kind because they are considered "cousins." They really lucked out with the local grazing fauna when it comes to Galabu. Long lived, friendly, generous and nurturing. Everything they could want.

While drakes MAINLY stick to their regional diets, they also partake in other foods--Like this giant water "rat" frm the swamplands of Io. They reproduce as all rodents, like wildfire. It would be nearly impossible for drakes to eat them to extinction. They have very few predators as well due to their extensive bristling with poisonous quills.
