I had my first training session with weights yesterday and I'm so sore and happy! I mostly did lower body, but also some pulling and core. I have to go a little lighter because I've de-conditioned over the last couple months of not lifting anything heavy. And I still can't do pull ups yet or push ups... just gotta be patient and work my way up to it gradually!

Yay, I don't have to wear a compression bra anymore! π₯³ It's been challenging wearing a compression bra 24/7 in the tropical heat. I had to wash one then wear the other day after day... I also had to massage my boobs and put scar cream on them on top of just making sure I didn't do too much to affect the healing process. I think my patience is paying off and now I can finally wear cute clothes and bras again! π

Wow, Hanoi was a whirlwind! I went on a motorbike tour of Ha Giang and it totally blew my mind. Absolutely stunning views, made new friends, and some of the most challenging but rewarding riding of my life! ππ₯΅
