I have a new painting today! 💛 I’ve been having an art block for the past week so I decided to participate in Dogust! 🐕 I wanted to paint my family dog, Alpha (husky), and my dream dog/future corgi! "Growth" series 🍄💛🍓 - Process + Updates

Hi Patrons! 💛

I have some new art today and a WIP of a small series I’m doing called “Growth.” Lately, I’ve been trying to branch out by doing different subjects so I wanted to explore doing quick paintings of nature close-ups. I’ve attached the time-lapse process video of how I painted this piece. I used my custom brushes to paint it and added curves and selective colour in Photoshop!

I've been really into house plants lately so this new piece is going to include lots of houseplants especially the Monstera! Do you have houseplants? 🪴💚

The day is finally here! The last mermaid for 2021! Last year I painted a mermaid sleeping in the fields so I wanted to do a similar concept and paint a mermaid in a tulip field!

I wanted to paint a mermaid baker in a cozy cottage! I realized most of the mermaids I've been painting live in the ocean so I thought it would be fun to switch it up a bit and incorporate things you'd find at a pond!

She has a pet turtle named Lily! 🌼 She likes to help her bake whenever she can!
