At the first part of November, Melissa contacted me and asked if I wanted to shoot with her. She's a local Las Vegas model. Astrid and I shot this about 16 months ago when she was visiting Las Vegas as part of Dakota Lee's (Snow at that time) photo safari. Astrid and I were scheduled to shoot up in the Tetons this past summer but that tour was cancelled because of the Covid thing. She decided to retire but has recently announced she's going back on tour. I hope to catch up with her sometime again. She's a beautiful redhead.

After Floofie I had a remote shoot with Elle in Britain. Elle is a very slender woman and has two little boys that get into all kinds of mischief when she and her husband aren't looking. After shooting with Floofie and Dakota in person, I set an appointment with Floofie to do a remote shoot. We decided that since we hadn't done a boudoir type shoot ever, we would try for that using her remote setup. This is one of the photos we got. I think I posted another one in early November right after the shoot. I absolutely love working with this woman.

Dakota, Kira, and I wrapped up three days of shooting by heading out to Gold Butte and spending the day together. By this time, Dakota, who is recovering from Covid was pretty much exhausted. We cut the day long shoot short because of that, but still were able to get some really nice photos. How could you not with these two lovely women as your subjects? Floofie and Dakota put on a group workshop in Nevada and Dakota asked me to show them some locations. I gladly accepted. Dakota loves the desert around Nevada and tries to get here every year. Another shoot with Zoi. We did this shoot remotely on the first of October. Zoi is very creative and comes up with the set ideas and I just go along with the flow. We get some great photos. It was turning cold in the Netherlands and Zoi wanted to do a warm scene, but she couldn't have a real fire in her fireplace. Some sort of weird Netherlands rule. She instead opted for candles. I had a great shoot with Melissa yesterday. We had a little warming trend here in Nevada and took advantage of the weather to go out to Redstone. Melissa's only been there once before and loved the spot. We spent 3 hours and got 300 photos, that I now have to go through and pick out the best ones for you all. It's definitely a rough life :-)

The good thing about remote shooting is it forces you to learn different processing techniques to generate good photos. This was shot with Whitney in her apartment in Chicago. The light was terrible.
