We shot this image a little over a year ago.  Madi had contacted me and asked if I wanted to shoot.  She was in Las Vegas and had been referred to me by a friend.  It was short notice, but I agreed to meet her, and we shot for a few hours.  I'm glad we did.  She's from Georgia and an extremely beautiful and talented model.  We keep in touch and if she heads back my way, I'll be sure to book her again.

Olive was the adventurous one, getting out in the river to this rock.  There were lots of small leaches in the water which she didn't realize until later.  Olive is a good friend of mine and a talented model.  She was selected as a Penthouse Pet and was the runner up to Pet of the Year.  She also has been nominated and won several AVN awards for her work in films.  She has toured the world doing her modeling thing under contract with Penthouse.  I'm extremely luc...

Olive is such a great model, always spot on poses except when she's goofing around  which makes it fun to shoot with her.

Bree and Olive are both very beautiful women, and they're both extremely talented and intelligent.  Bree not only manages a busy modeling career, including mentoring new models, but also runs her own Haitian charity, similar to the Clinton Foundation, but hers actually gets things done for the Haitians.  This is the last post for now in this series.  I hope you enjoyed it and there will be more posts featuring these two.  Stay Tuned.

This series was taken back in July as Jenn was traveling through to another shoot.  She stopped and spent the night at our place before going to her other gig.  I've also shot with her in Nevada, but those photos will be saved for another day.  I get very excited when a model travels through Wyoming.  This was no exception.  This summer was a great summer for me and model photography.  Three models came through the area.  I also learned of a couple of models...

Once you're at the cabin, you can go inside and as long as you're careful, you're not visible from the road.  I have had people happen upon me when I didn't hear them coming.  Usually they're not too upset, but you never know.  I have been reported to a ranger in Oregon and run off of a location (we were ready to leave anyway), but the few times I've run into rangers here in Wyoming and Nevada, they just caution us to be discreet.

I couldn't help but post this one of Jenn coming through the gate at the Shane Cabin.  If you've been there, you know that she was fully visible to anybody coming along the road.  The road is about 50 yards to her right.  She was fearless about it.

At the risk of getting tree sap all over her body, Jenn laid down along the tree.  I really like how her pose elongates her torso and legs.

I really like this photo.  In fact it may be my favorite from all of the photos we shot this day.  The open shade really highlights Jenn's beauty and the green grass contrast nicely with her skin tone.  I also love her expression.

Zoe and I shot this set just right at a year ago on October 4.  She used to set up shot in Moab, Utah and have photographers come to her.  I had a workshop scheduled in Moab at this exact time so I contacted her and we set up an all day shoot.  It was cold and rainy when I got there, but we decided to give it a shot.  I'm glad we did.  We got some great photos.  Zoe is one of those models who gives you 100% no matter what.  I've never had a poor shoot with h...

It was raining and cold when we started shooting, but Zoe is an iron woman.  We stopped shooting when it rained hard and got back in the truck to wait for it to stop,

We weren't venturing very far from the truck given the rainy conditions we were seeing.  This shot was taken about 50 feet off the road.  You can see the rain squalls in the background.

All of the small rock cisterns were full of water.  I led a small group back into this area the following day and they weren't quite as full.  I really like this spot and have shot here several times.  The reflection wasn't good because of the cloud cover.  When it's sunny the water acts just like a mirror.

It had rained all night and the rocks were quite cold and slick.

The sun started to come out after a couple of hours shooting so Zoe could warm up.  We were walking inside the west boundary of Arches National Park.  Nobody really goes into the area we were in so it's quite secluded and a great place to shoot photographs.

As many of you know Jenn came to visit us in Wyoming in July.  What you don't know is that she and I had originally scheduled a shoot in 2015 in southern Utah.  Jenn had been dropped from that shoot at the last minute because of a lack of photographers.  We had been trying to connect ever since.  This shoot which was in April was our first opportunity to connect.  I think you'll agree, she was worth the wait.  This is just a teaser bonus post for you supporters a...

Dasha

Dasha, Jenn Jones, another photographer, and I spent a couple of days in the Nevada desert shooting in some out of the way locations.  We bill it as two days, two models, two photographers, and four locations.  It's an annual occurance.  This location was Little Finland.  This series is dedicated to Dasha.  Jenn will be saved for a later date.  I hope you enjoy the set.

We started the morning with a trip to Little Finland.  It's named that because of the sharp rocks that stick up like fins.  There are some smooth spots to pose in though.  Even though it was morning the light was pretty harsh, hence the black and white processing.
