It’s my birthday this month, and I have always been a pool party girl so I wanted to have an extra special shoot for yall! I don’t shoot in public, but I came straight from the pool so I could be ✨shiny✨ and wet. Hope you enjoy, I’ll have lots of summer themed stuff coming up this season!

The infamous top

Wanted to post the pattern pieces I made for this halter top dupe. I didn’t record any of the sewing process cause I had no idea it was gonna turn out on the first try so if anyone wants a more in depth version I can make another sometime!

Key points are that you wanna sew the chest pieces together first, and then lay them down in between the two waist band layers (good sides all together) so that there’s only one seam visible in the end (the back seam).

Color!

I am sick once again 😒 (though I am in the progress of planning my summer shoots 👙‼️) A couple of you expressed interest in the color versions of the edwardian muscle mommy shoot, and since I have them on hand I figured why not post em!

Surprisingly a lot of people (my included) really thought the monochrome effect added something really neat, definitely gonna look into more classic pinup style stuff in the future.

The goal was to have stirrup tights that went all the way up cause I know there’s feet enjoyers among yall, but apparently they’re super hard to get without that compression band at the top. I DIYed these for what I hope is a similar effect

Easter Update

Ok so I was sent the wrong parts for the costume I had planned, and I had to replace them. Hopefully I will still be able to get the shoot up before the end of the month! Was really hoping to actually get to post holiday content on the holiday but that just wouldn’t be on brand now would it 🥴

So I had intended to put up a poll, but I forgot easter is coming up and I really want to do a new spring shoot. Usually I’d do miruko, but I’m switching from bunny to existentially aware hare. Stay tuned 🥴

Sometimes less really is more. I’m not usually into minimalism but I’m loving this gray set a lot! I’ll put up a poll soon to get a better idea of what yall wanna see from me in the future, but for now I hope you enjoy this vibe!

A little project

I got this bag for like $30 on depop and felt strongly that it needed to be rescued from the beige plague, so I’ve been yassifying it over the last weeks. I wanted to share this while I plan a shoot for this month!

I used a combination of black dye and acrylic paint to change it to black. I do not recommend this method as it looked like straight ass until I coated it in fabric mod podge and that barely saved it. It also made the suede look like asphalt which is kinda dope.

Small update

Hey y’all, I know I’ve been scarce this month and I wanted to make sure I didn’t leave anyone hanging for too long. I’m dealing with some irl stuff at the moment and have been spending a bit more of my time with family and friends as a result, but I promise I haven’t stopped planning for that snakeskin shoot :)

Ignore the bruising and all that I just got a merciless sports massage after eating shit skating but I wanted to show yall these heels I got thrifting. They may have been $12 but they make my legs look noice
