We've got pretty much a full sequence - but it's time for ya'll to give me a little bit more final input!
So Far:
10 page TF sequence of:
Asteria Graham, A small, mousey librarian wearing a very practical blouse and sweater vest with a drab knee length skirt. Very typical librarian with a hair bun.
She tends to hide amongst the shelves of her labyrinth, I mean, library.
turning into a
herm, female-presenting Minotaur
This time, our LAST QUESTION - shoot me some sequence detail ideas!
I will likely pick a number of then that I like/ fit the tone of the sequence that don't contradict each other.
This could be anything from details like what her reaction to the change is, a particular image you want to see, a focus on a particular part of the change (ie, a comic page showing the feet TF), if the curse is permanent or not or triggered by book in particular, etc etc etc.
Details:
- No additional characters that would be visible on the page
- One post per person
- posts with a lot of likes = more likely to be incorporated
- I reserve the right to take all or part of your suggestion(s)
- I will choose multiple, but probably not all of your ideas.
Have fun - and I'll look forward to seeing your ideas!
I'll take suggestions until End-of-Day Christmas (December 25)

I had a request for my VLOGs to show a few more progress videos!
I also plan on trying to do a recording when I work on the next pencil sequence this month (which will be the Build-A-sequence) - but for now - here's what I've been working on today!
A peek into my system/method for my general inked-then-colored work:
- This is just the Procreate part of my process (the final stage before I add in dialog)
- Before this, I sketch and ink traditionally and then scan in the pages
- Then I use photoshop to block out the color areas and lay down the flat colors
- I also usually use photoshop to shade skin and eyes - as it has tools I prefer to use
- Then I export the files to Procreate where I finish the coloring - I can work more precisely with the fur especially. I have a layer set to multiply above the fur that I erase out a pattern with a crisp brush with high pressure sensitivity - then I make another multiply layer above that that clips with the layer I jut worked on and an overlay layer that is the inverse of that that I do highlights with
- After that, I do some detailwork on a layer above the lineart to add some more depth and highlights - and other details like extra shines, etc.

Thank you to all my $10+ donators!
It’s these contributions that really make doing what I do possible.
This donation artwork will be available for download until the end of the month AFTER the one in the title :)
Also, this donation artwork will never be publicly posted as thanks to those people who have supported me and my artwork. It probably goes without saying, but I do request that no one distribute this art for the obvious reasons.
Previous months' donation artwork will be available through gumroad or my website as normal.
ALSO, since you are one of my "Lesson Students" (aka, $10+ contributors), YOU GET TO HELP ME DECIDE WHAT TO DO FOR FUTURE DONATION ART SEQUENCES!
Also! thanks for being a $10+ patreon member - you are welcome to post a suggestion for future months' donation art ideas as a comment on this post!
Disclaimer that suggestions may be tweaked (as these are requests and not commissions), and while there is no guarantee I will use all suggestions, I DO consider all suggestions, and keep a list of them to consider for months to come!

NOW I'm taking ya'll suggestions for the trigger and putting it to all of you to vote for which one it will be!
Some of them were longer than the poll options allot, so I've trimmed some down - and some were really long and I was really unable to trim it down, but the ideas might work with a future question! And some of them have a lot of overlap - so I'll let people choose multiple options and if complementary ones win I might combine them.
You have until Tuesday Dec 17 at 5pm and then I'll post the next question :)

All right! It sounds like we have a really fun transformation in progress! So far we have:
A small, mousey librarian who tends to hide amongst the shelves of her labyrinth, I mean, library.
turning into a
herm, female-presenting Minotaur
But now I'm adding a new option this B-A-S this season - an option of the format that will affect the rest of the questions.
1) 10 page pencil single-char TF sequence
with typical follow-up questions done in my normal pencil style sequence
~or~
2) 1 full color mid-transformation image
This will be a higher-detail image with a dramatic pose with a simple background (more akin to the personal project piece I just posted)
If this option wins, you all get to help decide details of what minotaur features she has at this point, the pose she's in, clothing, etc.
I'll leave the poll open until Friday at 2pm CST

For this month's personal project - I realized I hadn't actually drawn my long-running Ravenloft D&D game character, Barret - looking intimidating/badass - and wanted to do some more work in procreate and try some different brushes and lighting effects.
I am VERY happy with how this turned out, and feel a bit of a level up on this piece - and I'm happy to share it with you all ( as well as some clothing alternates, and seve4ral WIP stages of the art :)

Alll rightie!
It's time to decide who our herm minotaur is before they're, well, a female herm minotaur!
Since I didn't have a LOT of suggestions, I'm going to put them ALL on the poll to vote for (though caveat this is JUST for the "before" - not the story - so entries that included more than that get that bit chopped off).
I will leave this poll open till WEDNESDAY Dec 11 at 2pm CST

All right!
We have a winner for what sort of transformation story we'll be making! The subject will be turning into a :
Female Herm Minotaur
NOW! Let's figure out who they are at the start of the story!
2nd QUESTION: Describe the "before" of our subject!
this can include how they look physically, clothing style, profession, archetype, etc. No story details yet!
For example:
a frizzy-haired nerdy black girl nurse with glasses and a curvy figure wearing scrubs.

Hi Everyone!
Wow, I'm excited about all of the awesome suggestions we got for what our character will be turning into! (As a reminder, was ONLY looking for the final form - not the starting form or anything else - those that ignored the rules were skipped over.)
It was really tough to narrow it down to about ten options - and now I'll leave the really hard decision in all of your hands: the final pick!
We will decide who the character was before the change soon, but for now - let's vote on what our transformation sequence will have the character turning into!
If the form option doesn't have a gender or anthro vs feral then I will ask for those details in a future poll :)
The poll will remain open until Friday at 2pm CST

Happy Holidays everyone!
Once again, I want to express my sincere gratitude to ALL of you who have been helping support myself and my wife - allowing me do artwork full time <3
As a thanks, I'd like to do a build-a-sequence with you all!
Through a series of questions and votes, we'll outline a transformation sequence, which I will then draw later this month!
I'm going to play with the order of questions a bit this time to change things up :)
FIRST QUESTION: What will our subject turn into?
-you can be general (dog) or specific (male anthro german shepherd) - BUT if a "general" suggestion wins, I will ask follow-up questions later.
- write your response in the replies section of this post
- if a response has a lot of likes, it will influence my choice to add it to the poll
Rules:
- Please keep your responses to 140 characters. That's the maximum number of characters I can put in a poll option.

I will be selecting 5- 10 of the suggestions that inspire me at the time, and I will make a poll for you to vote from them :)

NEXT FULL COMMISSION OPENINGS:
OPENING TIME: Friday Feb 28, 2025/ 5 pm CST: CURRENTLY CLOSED
There will NOT be a go post, but I will update the commission status on the line above with a time stamp when slots close.
I will not respond to ANY emails until after slots have closed.
I also promise to leave slots open for at least THIRTY MINUTES regardless of how many requests I get. So if you get an email to me by 7:30pm CST April 16, I will guarantee you a spot as long as you pay within a week.
What To Send: When you send an email (not before Feb 28), include at least the following:
Name:
Email:
Scope of the project:
- (how many pages (can be approximate),
- pencil, inked or colored,
- how many characters, and if multiple characters, are they present on all pages?
Paying all at once or in batches?
- If in batches, do you have a basic budget for your first payment?
(Note: First batch must be at least 1/3 of the total commission)
IDEALLY: Send me the full write-up/details of the commission with your initial email, but at the minimum, let me know the above information separately/at the top of the email as well. If I haven't closed yet, I will reserve you a spot, but I only add people to my worklist after I've received payment (and I add people to the list in the approximate order I receive the payment).
This is all to give me an estimate for how long it is going to take me to work on your project, so I can get a feeling for how many commissions I can take on before I close.
My Response: I expect to take on an onslaught of emails, and it may take me 2 days or more to respond to your initial inquiry. I will not begin to respond to any emails at all until slots close. SO: as long as you sent me an email before my slots closed (I will post a time stamp here on the page when they close) then you can assume you got a spot in my reservation list even if you have not heard back from me yet.
As a note, last year when I opened commissions, slots were only open for about an hour and I took on a year's worth of work.
I also plan on setting email "work hours" for my own sanity between noon and 10pm CST.
Payment: Once I confirm your slot and/or give you a quote, you may send payment (for at least the first 1/3 of the commission total if working in batches). *
Payment must be received by March 7 (1 week after commissions open) at latest, or else your reservation on my list will be forfeit.
Other Details:
- if you already are commissioning a long-running ongoing sequence with me that is not already paid in full by the time these slots open, please sit this opening out. You can continue to pay on that sequence as usual, however :)
- one sequence maximum per person. (If you are interested in a limited number of non-sequence pieces of art instead, that's also fine).
- If you want a ballpark of the pricing before you send me the sequence for a quote, check out my Commission Pricing Page: http://arania.kamiki.net/commission/pricing/
- The quote will be good for until the commission is paid to completion, or one year from the first payment, whichever happens first.
*If you're not sure how long you want the sequence to be as a whole and instead plan on giving me a basic outline and pay for it in batches I can "spend" at my discretion - email me and we'll figure out a reasonable minimum first payment. However, I'm trying to discourage the incredibly long sequences with comparably slow payment plans that take literal years to complete this opening, because they lead to increasingly long wait times between openings.
* Note 2: if you're paying in batches, the amount you pay will cover the correlating amount of the sequence. if you pay for 1/3, I will draw the first 1/3 until I receive payment for the next batch.

Thanks Pheagle for bringing to my attention that I actually hadn't posted this piece to Patreon yet! I could have sworn I had - but nope!

It features one of the contributor's characters (Pheagle's - the 3-headed dragon) as well as my Islander character from back in the original IoDM, Ambrose - the fencer
