Okay, as I said before, I wanted him to have that old hollywood star kind of look. Not sure what that means but it’s pretty vibes based.
Played with the color balance after I finished the piece to get some red tones that could compliment the yellows. I’m just having fun with the lighting lately just because I think it’s cool tbh.

My ideas were a dramatic cover with Adira and Gray, second a pin up-ish fun one with Stamets and Culber, and last a group cover with all the characters available.

Space Pulp Fiction is something that should already exist (it probably does, didn’t research).
Changing up the recent yellow palettes for an even warmer red focused one, it just works!

Decided to revive one of my very first OCs, now calling her Hayden! I wanted to do some original art since its been a while (I think the Halloween piece was the last one?) and I’ve been experimenting with the way I render skin to get a more palpable feeling of I through lighting, so I just did it all at once.

I’m so so serious when I say this might be my favorite piece I’ve ever done (or at least top 3).
I wanted it to feel like pics grandpa or old uncles would show me of back in the day, like an afternoon in the 70s-80s in Brazil. For this I researched a lot of bodegas and bars in Sao Paulo and Rio for reference.
Following a similar palette as the Dani piece, lots of yelllows and not so contrasting shadows.
