I've been using three Orcs in a lot of my projects (and scrap) lately: Mr. Hornyfang, ak0's Orc, and Rexx's Grok.

So I distinctly remember that the main reason why I made this project in the first place was to explore a hot and romantic situation...with a DK and in a chilly place. These actually came about specifically because of my Patreon.
I never had pictures for my patron tiers. Just couldn't ever find anything that I already made that could fit there (especially since they also can't be NSFW), and there's also a specific size that looks best for them, so a brand new creation would be ideal.
