Some irl stuff got in the way and delayed my art output more than I liked. First time drawing Roxy while using CSP instead of SAI. I went a little crazy with the shading cuz I wanted to practice it using csp and I think it turned out pretty well. I think I prefer how it works with this new program, at long last I can apply clipping groups to shading layers.

Sorry again for the lack of updates. I've been considering jumping from using Sai to Csp for drawing stuff. Mainly because I think the brushes are far better and have way more support. Getting used to all the new UI and controls is a pretty big issue however, so its been taking me some time just to get warmed up.

Overly Rendered Squirrel

Sorry for the lack of uploads so far this month. With Xmas so close and with so much to do, it can be hard to get the time to actually sit down and draw. I've been experimenting with slightly new shading styles recently in an attempt to speed up the process and make it less complex - although all it seems to have done in this attempt is make it even more complex lol. More research and practice is required, but for now please accept this very over rendered fat squirrel.

NOT CANON! But a fun idea. Not often I get to practice drawing city skylines, and honestly trying to get the perspective all lined up beforehand got too frustrating so I ended up just eyeballing it all - which seem to turn out better than I expected. I'm also not 100% happy with the shading and lighting of this one, but I still need to figure out a good technique that A: Looks good. And B: Doesn't take hours + 16 zillion layers.

Took way longer that it should have to get this one done. Been a rough past few weeks, but thankfully things are easing up now, so new stuff shouldnt take as long again.
