This mod adds new messy relationship interactions that can wreck a good thing going for The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.

Getting Started
Self click on your Sim and select "Enable Messy Relationships" from the Action menu.
You can disable from the same menu when wanted.
Note:
These interactions will only show up on a romantic interest. Based on relationship bits.
If you don't see the interactions make sure to start a few romantic interactions to develop the romantic relationship first.
Click on your romantic partner or interest and select any interaction from the "Messy Relationship" social menu.
Each interaction is mean and will cause a lot of issues between the other Sim. The other Sim will also have something to say back to you to match your energy.
There are 22 messy interactions in all.

Select a stream option. While your streaming a buff will appear to let you know the stream is active.
When you want to interact with your subscribers you can switch to the "Check Chat" interaction. This interaction will loot subscriber donations and chat notifications. You can switch back to any kind of stream you want and end the stream to get a bigger payout.
You also have a social menu and interactions to talk about being a HornyFans Model.

Sexy Gigs Mod v18.1 available. Fix the missing interactions.
Sexy Gigs Mod v18 - Released. There are still a few things for my release posts I'm working on so please be patient with that.
During retesting HornyFans gig failed to show two essential interactions. Read Chat interaction and End Stream. The other 4 streaming interactions are showing up. They're immediate interactions which means there isn't a computer animation the sim will perform but it's that way so you can use Wicked Whims during the stream. Then select End Stream to get paid.
The chat interaction performs like a normal computer interaction and loots several donations and comments from Sims. I'll have a fix asap. Be prepared for v18.1 later today.

Ownable Brothels - reported to have an issue recruiting workers. I'll have an update for this soon.

Removed purchase venue - frequently did not work
You'll want a recording studio/recording label lot. My recording studio lot for download contains broken cc at the moment. I do not recommend using that. I used a lot from the gallery no cc. You might find one there or try Google and check them out in images. If you still want to use the one I made, just test and remove the broken cc.
Once you have the recording studio you want set the venue type to Generic. Make sure it has the equipment you want. CC from around the sims so you have the computer sound mixer console board and misc speakers. Check to make sure the cc is broken in any way. These are older items.
Place a few instruments, microphone, and Movie video camera from Get Famous. This is optional if you want to make music videos and upload them.
To create a fun music video I suggest using misc animations, or just for a group and have sims dance while music is playing. Use the camera per normal, "operate", and just select stop recording create music video. The video will be in your Sim's inventory. Then upload the video to earn extra money.

How To Use The Mod:
Create A Music Lawyer First
In CAS create the Sim you want to be the music lawyer. Give this Sim the music lawyer trait from the lifestyle category.
Getting Started
From a computer and the Record Label menu select "Start A Record Label". This will give you the record label trait and unlock new interactions.
You can close the record label if needed. This will remove the record label trait.
Talent Scouting (social menu)
Using the Talent Management menu when clicking on Sims aged Teen and older, you can add them to a particular type of music group. Pop, Rock, or Rap.
-Create these groups to manage through your record label.
Once you have a group or added Sims to the label you will need to Hire a music lawyer.
-Note: there isn't a way to check to see who's in your group at the moment. Keep a mental note.
-Rappers will have just one Sim considered as the entire group.
-The other bands will have 4 sims.
Quick Read:
-Click On Sim
-Scout Talent menu (might be behind the talent management menu)
-Add them to one of the band options
Music Lawyer (computer)
On a computer select Hire Music Lawyer behind the Record Label menu. They will cost $2000 once spawned.
Build up high enough friendship until they're your friend. The option to Finalize A Record Deal will appear when you click on the lawyer.
With this contract, invite any of your music talent over and offer them a record.

Record Deal
Offering any music talent a record deal is the green light to start recording music tracks and creating a full album
Two Ways To Create An Album
With a recording studio setup with a guitar, microphone, and keyboard or piano, Click on a musician or music talent you've signed and ask them to sing, rap, play guitar, or play keyboard. These interactions are behind the Recording Booth social menu.
Just select the Ask To Leave The Recording Booth interaction and they'll stop performing. You'll also get the track they just recorded. (removed - will add soon once working)
Another way to create music tracks and albums is on the computer from the Recording Session menu. You can record different tracks.
It takes 8 tracks to create a full album.
To make money you can distribute tracks and full albums using the Music Distribution interactions.
Music Lawyers can offer more help and service. Select the Music Lawyer menu and copyright service to copyright protect an album or start a case against someone who stole your music.
How To Run Your Record Label
The recording session menu is not behind the record label menu.
Click on Sims for the Talent Management menu
When your at the studio or just need to see your talent, use the computer to meet with them.
Use the recording session to create tracks. 8 tracks are needed to create a full album.
During a record session you don't technically need the talent there. Everything can be done on the computer. But if you want, use music related animations or the ask to sing, play guitar, and play keyboard interactions.
During testing the Sims rarely performed these actions, but they will sometimes. In some cases the interaction didn't show up at all. So you have the option to just create the tracks as needed.
These tracks are in Build/Buy mode too.
You can edit albums to create a hit album and earn more money.
This interaction is required to create the Hit Album. Use can use the editing interactions as you like. They'll give your Sim a buff if the sound went well. When you're done editing, just select End Album Editing Session.
That'll create the Hit Album and send it to your Sim's inventory.

Music Industry Mod v3 - I've got a little bit more to the mod before heading into testing. Updated release date is more likely Saturday 11/16. This version is completely remade. You'll need to start a record label, scout for talent, create different types of music groups including rock bands or rappers.
Creating an album is updated, new recording studio gameplay, and an updated music lawyer that you'll need to contact over time. Through the lawyer you can negotiate record contracts, file copyright infringement and start a case, and other needed services.
Much more is included in this version. (Pixxel Pervert tier)

Build/Lots Issue:
I'm testing old builds and ran into an issue with the game stuck on the loading screen. This is caused by broken cc in many of the lots I've uploaded. Especially the older lots. I'm debating if I should remove those download files from mediafire. Let me know if you're okay going through the cc and removing anything that might cause issues.
The cc in the older builds are also nestled several folders deep. That can cause issues too.
Moving forward when building I'll use less cc to avoid cc breaking from numerous game updates. As the player you can add what cc you want.
For some builds that isn't possible. Like the functional McDonalds would require mostly cc.
My cc folder was 100gb. I've had this folder since I started using cc. I absolutely love mods. Had to get rid of most of it except the cas cc. Oh this hurts. But I'll start over and try to keep it manageable.

Low Life Losers v6 adds new trait with mean and mischief type interactions to The Sims 4.
Getting Started
In CAS and the Social category, give your Sim the Low Life Loser trait. This trait will unlock 9 very bad behaving related social interactions.
Be prepared to alienate, cause drama, and lose most of your friends.
Master Manipulator
These are mischief type social interactions that will help your Sim get their way.
Public Freakout
These social interactions allow your Sim to temporarily lose their mind and go full Karen/Ken.
Reckless
These social interactions are more violent and can lead to fights or someone getting really hurt.
Sadistic
These social interactions satisfy your Sim's need to enjoy the pain of others.
Belittle
These social interactions are meant to hurt someone else's feelings.
Deadbeat
These are mostly friendly interactions for Sims down on their luck. They'll surely not be welcomed by others once their begging gets out of hand.
Drama Queen
These social interactions are meant to do nothing but cause drama. Get all the negative attention your Sim will want.
Egomaniacal
These social interactions will help your Sim share their delusions of greatness.
Foul Mouth
These are the social interactions used when another Sim has earned a good cussing out. Or just to be rude and nasty.

Version 2 of couch surfing include a complete remake of the mod from the first version.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
From the action menu you can enable and disable couch surfing.
Once couch surfing is enabled use your phone to start a social event.
Select the Couch Surfing - Find A Couch event. This event will cost you $25.
Note: Make sure the Couch Surfing Host you select is living in a house somewhere.
Select a couch surfing host and your Sim as the couch surfer.
When you arrive to someone's house you'll need to knock in order to gain entry.
Goal the event to earn $10 back from the $25 you paid.
The Couch Surfing menu is always on, to remove it, click on your Sim and disable Couch Surfing.

This update includes 11 new Girls Trip Gone Bad social interactions. These are all mean social interactions in case the trip goes bad.
Interactions will only show up on Sims with the girls trip buff.

Make sure you have at least met the Sims you'll eventually go on a Girls Trip with. The event will add female and male Sims from teen to elder.

Create the destination on one of the above venue types. Add a lot of fun activities to enjoy on the lot. Give the venue type the Girls Trip lot trait to add background Vacation Goers.
Getting Started
On a base game computer (all in one PC), use the Book A Girls Trip interaction to get a 3 day Girls Trip buff. Once the buff wears off, the interactions will not be available. You can book another trip as needed.
Use your phone to start the social event "Girls Trip". This trip will cost $1800. Select your Sim and up to 8 friends. The trip will last a full day if you want. Although the buff will last 3 full days, allowing you extra time if needed before or after your trip.
Use the Girl Trip social menu and social interactions to complete the event.

Small social interaction mod adds a new social menu, Conversation Starters.
In this version you'll add the Easy To Talk To trait by self clicking on a sim that's Teen to Elderly.
Find the "Action" menu and select the "Enable Conversation Starters" interaction. A notification will let you know you have the trait.
New to this version, each interaction will have a reply from the Sim they're talking to. It's a single reply.
These are all friendly interaction that'll help build up a friendship with another Sim.

Senior Moments mod adds random memory lapse buffs and social interactions to The Sims 4.
For Elderly Sims Only. Self click on the Sims and find the "Actions" menu. Select "
Enable Senior Moments" interaction. This interaction will give your Sim the Senior Moments trait.
Now your Sim will experience 5 random senior moment buffs. Most will cause a small amount of embarrassment.

This mod adds powers from several dark entities to The Sims 4.
Self click on your Sim, select the "Action" menu and Perform The Ritual Of Dark Powers".
This ritual will give you the Empty Vessel trait. Once you have the trait you'll get several new social menus and social interactions from each entity.
When you're tired of dark powers, self click, Actions menu, and Remove Dark Powers.

Create A Ride Or Die Connection
Click on a Sim you want to be your Ride Or Die. This interaction will give them a trait and connect you to them. You can have multiple Ride Or Die Sim friends.
Sims you're connected to will have the Ride Or Die menu with 4 social interactions you can share with them.
Sims that aren't your Ride Or Die will also have the "Ride Or Die" menu. There will be two mean interactions that give you a chance to stand up for or defend your Ride Or Die.

This mod adds a sugar baby career and aspiration to The Sims 4.
In CAS give your Sim the Sugar Baby Aspiration located in the Sugar Network category.
Sugar Network: Category
Sugar Baby: Aspiration
Diamond Chaser: Bonus Trait
Now self click on your Sim. From the Action Menu select "Register As A Sugar Baby". This will give the sugar baby trait.
From the action menu you can also quit sugar dating. This will remove the sugar baby trait.
Now that you're a sugar baby you can start meeting potential sugar daddies or mommies through the Meet And Greet social event.
From your phone select Start A Social Event.
Select the location as usual and goal the event.
Your date will have two new menus. Meet & Greet, and Sugar Arrangements.
Use the meet and greet menu to help complete goals from the event and select one of the three types of arrangements for the potential sugar partner to enter into.
3 Types Of Sugar Arrangements
-Pay Per Meet
-Short Term
-Long Term
Currently there isn't a big difference between each arrangement but that'll change in a future update.
Note: the Tell A Joke goal will complete from Tell Funny Story. Funny social menu.
Now that you've create a sugar arrangement you start going out on Sugar Dates. These are social events.
Note: The sugar date event will populate everyone you've met. I tried making it just the sugar partners but the event remained empty without a sim to pick from. Just be aware to select the Sim you previously created an arrangement with. You can multiple arrangements as well.
Note: you can leave the other two arrangement types empty. Example, select a sim from long term sugar partner and leave the short term and pay per meet empty.
Earn $800 per successful sugar date and new meet and greet contract.

Sexy Gigs Mod v17.2.1 - Released. This fixed events suddenly shutting down.

Someone reported that the Sexy Gigs mod didn't show up in the game at all for them. Make sure you have script mods enabled, joining a gig by clicking on your Sim and not a computer to get needed traits. Beyond that it could be something that isn't mod related, etc. It's showing up during all of my tests. Also remove mods that cause freezing or anything that harms your game.
But if you have other issues or I've missed something to fix please let me know. I'll make note and keep you updated if needed on scheduled fix.
I'll start focusing on updating most of my adult mod for the next few days. Once they're released the focus is on releasing new mods.
I also need to mention that I'll update the Sexy Gigs mini site today with more info on how some of the gigs work.

Rest of the week I'm working on my other adult mods which will all get new content and released to their next versions. Each in the Pixxel Pervert tier.

Sexy Gigs Mod v17.2 - I got a report of the mod being broken in severally areas. This is recent because it was working as intended before the update release. Please let me know if you experience these. It'll help me figure out a fix. Please remember I will not respond to all messages and comments but will take note of the issues and work on the fix.
I've already checked for duplicate files and potential mod conflicts. I didn't find any.
There will also be another patch for the game so another round of potential mod breaks.
It'll be a couple of days of fixing these issues. I'll keep you updated on the progress. Meanwhile, use at your own risk until it's deemed safe.
I will also check other mods for similar issues. A lot of testing underway.

Hope everyone is doing well. I'm currently working on the Ownable Brothels update. Prostitutes weren't spawning when opening the brothel. I'll add a new system for that. Expected release late tonight or Tuesday morning.

If needed I'll have a Sexy Gigs Mod v17.2.1 update but so far nothing is needed. I'll start development on Sexy Gigs Mod v18 which will release within the next few weeks, hopefully early September. New gigs and any needed updates. It'll also include HornyFans fix and updated gameplay for Exotic Writing Gig.
I've been working on Dirty Gigs on and off for a very long time and I'll start sharing more details really soon along with WIP updates. Potentially available for release later this month but I have no idea.
I'll also try to have a few new mod ideas for release this week if possible and updates to some of my other adult mods.
My mom continues to improve. She's still in the hospital and awaiting rehab. From time to time I may have to attend to something for a day and will let you know.
Update To Add: The patch release post isn't accurate. I need to update a lot of mods. All social events and aspirations. I doubt I'll have all of that done this week, so please allow a little time to get everything updated from all the patches. I'll create a new accurate patch release post once complete.
