Sexy Gigs Mod v17.2 - The mod has several events I need to fix, this will take another day or so. I'm updating the release window to Tue/Wed.
I'll have more updates after Sexy Gigs releases for BizOp Mod and Ownable Brothels. Sugar Dating Aspiration pending on finding a fix.

I do not respond to all posted issues but I do take note of them all and usually add needed info within a weekly schedule release post about what's broken. Issues are noted and sometimes will not get fixed until the next version of a mod.
I do not use Discord atm.

A lot of my mods use events so I'll have to update them all. This will take a while so please be patient. I'll update the current patch release post. as I fix older mods. There's potential for another patch by The Sims team due to the number of issues with the game. I'll keep you updated.

I've started retesting mods. Starting with Aspirations and they seem to be broken. My custom aspirations don't seem to trigger to the next set of goals unless you exit the game, save and return. I don't have a fix just yet. I don't have a timeline for a fix so please be patient.
I'll test my custom events Fri/Sat.
Wrapping up with Sexy Gigs and will need to test the events in this mod as well. If they're broken I'll update you.

Wednesday 7/31 Updated Info
We've had a couple more patches that seem to have broken events and aspirations. I'll have to check. I make heavy use of events so if they are broken then there are a lot of updates needed. It may take a bit of time.
The schedule I'll use is continued focus on Sexy Gigs v17.2 with a target release date Fri/Sat. Potential for a day or two later depending. Sexy Gigs will be completely compatible with all patch updates.

This mod adds a custom Aspiration for The Sims 4. Storytelling for Sims that may have a rotten roommate or relationship they need to move away from.
Getting Started:
Self click on your Sim, the action menu, and select Start Moving Out. This interaction will give your Sim the New Beginning trait. With this trait you'll have a new "Moving Out" social menu.
When you've moved out go back to the action menu (self click) and select Complete Moving Out. This will remove the New Beginning trait.
Moving Out Aspiration:
This a very easy aspiration to complete. Once complete you get the Stronger Alone reward trait.
To get this Aspiration. Go into CAS, select the Housing aspiration category and Moving Out aspiration. Some goals require you to use social interactions located from the "Moving Out" social Menu.
How To Install
-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

How To Setup Your Animal Control Center
Set the lot type to Generic. Add Cat Hangout and Dog Hangout lot traits to spawn strays.
How To Become An Animal Control Officer:
-Click on your Sim.
-Select the action menu
-Select "Become An Animal Control Officer. This will give you the required trait.
Start a social event from your phone. Select your Sim as the Animal Control Officer, and goal the event to earn money.
The job event will have your Sim going out on a rabbithole patrol, helping animals, and filing reports.
All interactions are active from the computer.
Goal the event to earn $1200.
Animal Control menu on Base Game Computer
All Dispatch interactions are rabbitholes. You'll leave for about an hour and return.
The Go On Patrol interaction will have you locating and bringing back a few strays when you return. You can help take care of them or instantly adopt them out to someone.
How To Install

Sexy Gigs Mod v17.2 - Hoping to release sometime next week. This update includes a fix to the stripper gig, updated escorting as a stand alone gig, and sexy body trait. Misc other fixes. HornyFans is pending fix to the interactions to allow the use of wicked whims while streaming.

Sexy Gigs Mod v17.1 - I'll have an update for the mod releasing sometime on Saturday. I'm updating the stripper gig, the stripper shift lot trait might not loot required trait on Sims. Clients will not have interactions to complete the job event.
Financial Dominatrix - updating computer interactions to xml injector. The interactions will show up on most computers.

Sexy Gigs Mod v17 - Released.
Notes:
Mini Site update. It's taking a lot longer than expected to create the content needed for the site. I'm working on this now and for the rest of the day. It's looking like Thursday before everything is done. I'll have to update a few builds for screenshots, etc. That's taking a bit of time.
The mod itself is available, should be located at the top of the page. Please read the information carefully. I experienced some game launching problems. Most likely my new animations which were removed. But let me know if you experience anything like this. It was stuck on the game preparing bar. I had to end task to get it cleared.
I'll most likely need to update some things so let me know any issues on the mod release page, not below in the schedule update page. I'll add fixes to v17.1. I tried to get all the previous issues fixed but if you notice an old bug, remind me on the mod release post.
HornyFans is briefly removed until I'm finished with the retesting. It had a previous issue as well.

Hope everyone is finding ways to feel okay these days. I've been working on Sexy Gigs v17 and can release the mod July 9, 2024. I was able to figure out the object, remake it, get it into the animations and basically get this wrapped up in terms of fixing issues.
I added a few days to the release to give me plenty of time to do all the retesting needed, fix new issues if needed, and get the web pages completed.

I'll continue to focus primarily on this mod for the week. After the release I have a lot of new mods and updates to release in July.
Stripper Gig Description:
New custom venue, Strip Club. You'll have a boss, coworker strippers, and sims that'll come to the strip club to watch you strip. You decide the routine with the new functional stripper pole. Select the pole dance you want to do and earn money while on the pole.
New social interactions with npc strip club goers, random stripper buffs, and the ability to offer extra services.
Most gigs have updated gameplay and fixed issues.

Sexy Gigs v17 - I'll have to remake the stripper pole for the gig. It's a basic pole, one shape. I'm trying to figure out a few things for it. I did find an extremely useful tutorial for animating with custom objects, this case the stripper pole. I think I have the full concept. I'll be working on this today and tomorrow.

This mod adds the ability to create a trauma bond with a romantic partner in The Sims 4.
Getting Started
In CAS give the abuser Sim the "Dangerous" trait located in the emotions category.
With this trait your abuser Sim can start love bombing their romantic partner. If they love bomb enough and reach high enough romance level they'll be able to create a trauma bond.
The abuser Sim will have a new Dangerous menu once the relationship is going well and romance is at a high level. These are all very mean interactions causing a bit of trauma to the victim.
The trauma bond will give the target Sim the trauma bond trait, and emotionally dependent trait. The romantic partner with these traits will respond to the trauma causing interactions by remaining the in the bond or getting enough courage to break the bond and leave.
Once the victim romantic partner has the trauma bond you can play out the relationship with either Sim.
Victim Sims
Once the victim Sim has had enough, they can use the Break Trauma Bond Menu, and then select the Break Trauma Bond interaction. This will remove the two Emotionally Dependent and Trauma Bond traits.
The Abuser Sim will continue to have love bomb and Dangerous interactions.

Getting Started
Self click on your Sims and select the Action menu. Select "Become A Virgin".
The Virgin trait can be applied to Sims ages Teen - Elderly.
This trait unlocks a new "Virgin" menu and social interactions to talk about being a virgin.
Virgins can also create a Virginity Pledge with other Sims. When created a new menu and social interactions will be available for those who've pledged.
Sims with the Virgin trait will have the "Lose Virginity With" interaction on double beds. (basegame)
Note: the lose virginity with interaction doesn't show the name of the person. Let me know if any further issues are present.
Sims who've taken the Virginity Pledge will no longer have the pledge.
Virgin Sims will lose their virginity as a result of woohooing as well.
After a Sim becomes a virgin, they have new Virginity Settings to add the virgin trait again and lose virginity without woohoo.

Virginity Trait
Trauma Bonding
Both mods are complete. I'm heading into testing and not expecting any issues except maybe possible for custom bed interactions from the Virginity Trait.
Updated release is sometime later today or tonight, Saturday, for both mods.
With the Virginity Trait you'll be able to become a virgin or reclaim your virginity through self clicking on the Sim you're playing. Ages teen -Elderly.
You can lose your virginity though a custom interaction on beds for Sims with the virginity trait. Woohoo with becomes Lose Virginity.
Virgin Sims can also create virginity pledges with other sims and experience random buffs. (Pixxel Perverts)
With the Trauma Bonding Mod, you'll start out as a love bombing Sim (abuser) who's seeking to snare another Sim into a romantic relationship. You'll have initial interactions that build the romance track. Once the romance track is at a certain level you can create a trauma bond with your romantic interest. Once the bond is created the (abuser) sim will have new mean social interactions.
From here you can play as the (victim) sim or (abuser) to move the relationship forward. Victims will be addicted to their abuser and require their emotional needs met from them. The experience goes from love bombing to very mean through random buffs and proximity buffs to the abuser.
Abuser gameplay while bonded can go from loving, abusive, and cycle. Deepening the dependence and addiction of the other Sim. (All Tiers)

Coven Of Darkness - Reported Issue I'll look into soon. This could be by the end of the week or later. The mod will most likely need an update to a new version which isn't schedule right now. I'll keep you update when possible.
Sexy Gigs v17 Update - I'm estimating that it needs about another week or two before release. There's no way to know for sure so it's a really rough estimate. I've added some exciting updates to existing gigs with new tuning. I also want the mini website to be more informative and interactive. Time has to go into that. I'll continue to keep you updated daily if I'm working on the mod or not and progress.

In CAS give your Sim the Long Distance Aspiration from the custom "Sports" category. This aspiration comes with a custom bonus trait, Speedy.
Objectives Include
-Go Jogging (self click on your sim)
-Workout on the treadmill
-Reach Fitness Skill Level 3
-Go to sleep, get some rest
-Use workout machine
-Reach fitness skill level 5
-Sim in the pool
-Research Workout Tips on the computer (Web Menu)

Complete the Aspiration to get the Long Distance Runner reward trait. This trait unlocks the ability to run rabbithole races and social interactions.

This Mod Has An Override File
It's very important to keep track of any override mods because they'll conflict with any other mods that made changes to that file. The override is done on the Sleep interaction on beds.
In CAS give your Sim the Deep Sleeper trait located in the Lifestyles category. This trait will unlock several new social interactions, Deep Sleep interaction on beds, and random buffs.
This is one of the Random Buffs your Sim can get. There is another Fatigued buff from exercising too much, just be aware.
Second random buff.
When you have the Deep Sleeper Trait, bed will have the Deep Sleep option available. For other Sims it'll read the normal sleep. The interaction performs the same.
As a deep sleeper you can talk about some of the issues you go through to other Sims.

Continued work on Sexy Gigs v17 this week. I'll have details on the updates, fixes, and new gigs very soon. I'll try to release a couple more mods this week if possible but most of the focus will be on Sexy Gigs.
After Sexy Gigs is released there are a lot of new ideas I'll be sharing with you. I've learned a few new tuning features that can help add more gameplay.
I had to update the description for my Youtube videos. There aren't any links pointing to mods or builds. I had to also turn some videos to 18+ only. A few videos were removed by Youtube due to old links. Basic cleaning up for the old content and what Youtube no longer allows. I'm trying to create new content for Youtube but it's been very difficult. I'll keep trying and update to the new standards.

Get started with the CEO career in CAS. Give your Sim the CEO trait located in the Lifestyle category.
With the CEO trait required interactions are unlocked.
New Gameplay
BizOp now works with retail lots from Get To Work. You'll be expanding the stores into corporate headquarters, manage employees, purchase raw materials that are needed, make products (cars), and sell them. All in the same place.
The corporation is now a car company. Running this business is extremely expensive, be prepared to have at least $100,000 to start your business.
First expenses you'll run into, purchasing the retail lot. The other expense is raw materials. They're $50,000 for 8 items. Enough to make two cars. The lowest price you can get for a car is $35,000, so you'll make a profit when you sell at least two.
Setup A Retail Business
The business can be very simple or however you like. It'll require a cash register, computers, bathroom for employees, and an area to make and sell the cars.
Next, use your phone to "Buy A Retail Business".
Once you've purchase the retail business, the next thing to do is hire new Corporate Employees. Everyone you hire will start on the ground floor. However they all need training to get promotions and make your business more efficient and powerful.
Hire up to 3 Sims per position available.
Corporate Employees
This is the first position you'll be able to fill. Get 3 Sims you know or meet and offer them a job.
These are social interactions behind the "Manage Employees" menu.
Corporate Employee Skill
This is a major skill for npc employees. The help them level up you must send them to rabbithole training. This is also located behind the "Manage Employees" social menu.
They'll attend training for several hours. It make take 3-4 training sessions for them to qualify for the next level up.
Positions Include:
-Corporate Employee
-Sales Person
-Product Manager
-Marketer
-Executive
Managing Your Employees:
You can fire anyone at anytime. They'll get angry and leave the building.
Purchase Raw Materials
Once you've managed to hire and train employees, start purchasing raw materials needed to create automobiles. There are 3 types of vehicles:
-Sports Car
-Luxury Sedan
-Pickup Truck
Either require the same raw materials.
Manage Corporate Office Menu
This allows you control the entire corporate section of the business.
Start Corporate Work Shift - will spawn all the employees you've hired
End Corporate Work Shift - Will send everyone on the lot away, even retail employees. (Don't forget to close the retail business too when it's time to go)
You can create memos, press releases, and more. These are more to just give your CEO something to do.
Purchase Raw Materials
This will cost $25,000 and loot the items needed. During testing I only received copper or something else. I'll be looking into this.

Note: When you click Manufacture on the industrial machine, it's instant. You'll know you've got the item from the notification.
(hire a retail employee)
Once you have the cars ready to sell, hire retail store employees like you normally would for Get To Work. They'll be responsible for selling them for you.
Be A Bad Boss
These are mean interactions you can use on your employees. They won't like you very much but you get the point across very bluntly.
You can print files and store them in the File Cabinet.

This mod adds random injury buffs in The Sims 4.
In CAS give your Sim the Poor Coordination trait located in Lifestyles category.
Now your Sim will experience random injury buffs that will make them uncomfortable.
Each injury buff will give a detail on how to recover and remedy the issue.
Self click on your Sim for the First Aid Kit menu. Select the needed remedy.
When you use a remedy you'll get this buff.
If you get the Nasty Fall buff, you'll need to take physical therapy. In Build/Buy purchase the Physical Therapy Treadmill. You can place it at home or any gym. Select the "Do Physical Therapy Exercise" interaction to remedy a Nasty Fall.

This mod adds the chronic condition Asthma. Your Sim will randomly experience coughing or sneezing which will trigger an Asthma attack. When you have an attack click on your Sim to use the inhaler interaction or anti-inflammatory medicine interactions. Both will remove the asthma attack buff and give your sim relief.
v2 - you have two new symptoms Wheezing and Shortness of breath. To relieve these symptoms use the same interactions when you self click on your Sim, select Asthma Breathing Treatments, and either of the two remedies.
Find the trait in CAS in the Lifestyle category.
Click on your Sim to use the Asthma Breathing Treatments.
Note: when testing in basegame I didn't see an icon for the asthmatic menu.

-Added new social interactions to the Energy Vampire menu
This is a small mod you can use to feed off the lifeforce of other Sims. Give your Sim the Energy Vampire Trait in CAS. They'll now have 3 powerful social interactions that will give them a giant boost of inspiration, energy, or give them a natural high. This comes with a price the other Sim has to pay. They'll literally get drained of interest, energy, and happiness. Leaving them either extremely bored (Fine Mood), unable to move due to lack of energy, or extremely sad.
Be careful, if they're in this state and happen to get another negative emotional moodlet from somewhere else it could put the over the top and they'll die an emotional death.
When using some of the social interactions as an Energy Vampire, the Sim you're talking to will get a powerful buff that will either drain their energy, make them angry, or extremely bored. Either way you get to feed on that and gain energy , happiness, or get high on their discomfort.

In CAS give your Sim the Celebrity Lifestyle aspiration. Your Sim will also get the "Fame Seeker" bonus trait.
Your Sim will also need the "Flashy" personality trait located in the Lifestyle category.
