BIZOP MOD V2.1 - UPDATE DOWNLOAD

This mod turns retail lots from Get To Work expansion pack into functional retail Corporate Headquarters.

-Get To Work expansion Pack
-XML Injector: https://scumbumbomods.com/xml-injector  or https://www.curseforge.com/sims4/mods/xml-injector  (Pick one site to download from and be sure to only have one xml injector script file in your mod's folder)

Both were present during the retest. Manage Employees menu appeared after hiring the first 3 employees.

Get started with the CEO career in CAS. Give your Sim the CEO trait located in the Lifestyle category.

With the CEO trait required interactions are unlocked.

New Gameplay
BizOp now works with retail lots from Get To Work. You'll be expanding the stores into corporate headquarters, manage employees, purchase raw materials that are needed, make products (cars), and sell them. All in the same place.

The corporation is now a car company. Running this business is extremely expensive, be prepared to have at least $100,000 to start your business.

First expenses you'll run into, purchasing the retail lot. The other expense is raw materials. They're $50,000 for 8 items. Enough to make two cars. The lowest price you can get for a car is $35,000, so you'll make a profit when you sell at least two.

Setup A Retail Business
The business can be very simple or however you like. It'll require a cash register, computers, bathroom for employees, and an area to make and sell the cars.

Next, use your phone to "Buy A Retail Business".

Once you've purchase the retail business, the next thing to do is hire new Corporate Employees. Everyone you hire will start on the ground floor. However they all need training to get promotions and make your business more efficient and powerful.

Hire up to 3 Sims per position available.

Corporate Employees
This is the first position you'll be able to fill. Get 3 Sims you know or meet and offer them a job.

These are social interactions behind the "Manage Employees" menu.

Corporate Employee Skill
This is a major skill for npc employees. The help them level up you must send them to rabbithole training. This is also located behind the "Manage Employees" social menu.

They'll attend training for several hours. It make take 3-4 training sessions for them to qualify for the next level up.

Positions Include:
-Corporate Employee
-Sales Person
-Product Manager
-Marketer
-Executive

Managing Your Employees:
You can fire anyone at anytime. They'll get angry and leave the building.

Purchase Raw Materials
Once you've managed to hire and train employees, start purchasing raw materials needed to create automobiles. There are 3 types of vehicles:

-Sports Car
-Luxury Sedan
-Pickup Truck

Either require the same raw materials.

Manage Corporate Office Menu

This allows you control the entire corporate section of the business.

Start Corporate Work Shift - will spawn all the employees you've hired
End Corporate Work Shift - Will send everyone on the lot away, even retail employees. (Don't forget to close the retail business too when it's time to go)

You can create memos, press releases, and more. These are more to just give your CEO something to do.

Purchase Raw Materials
This will cost $25,000 and loot the items needed. During testing I only received copper or something else. I'll be looking into this.

Note: When you click Manufacture on the industrial machine, it's instant. You'll know you've got the item from the notification.

Once you have the cars ready to sell, hire retail store employees like you normally would for Get To Work. They'll be responsible for selling them for you.

Be A Bad Boss
These are mean interactions you can use on your employees. They won't like you very much but you get the point across very bluntly.

You can print files and store them in the File Cabinet.

How To Install
-Unzip file.  Keep all files in the folder.  Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.
-Sims 4 game options, mods and script mods need to be enabled.
-Requires the latest version of Sims 4
-If there isn't a zip file, just download all the files below, place them in a folder, then your Sims 4 mods folder.

-Translations cannot include the mod.  Only stringtables.
