I've seen reports that the collect payment for functional and ownable mods isn't working for the 24 hour period. You're able to collect just once. I'm looking into the tuning for the issue. It's potentially a very small line of code but if it isn't then it may be something within the game. I don't know. I'll work on this in a few days.
