.04 Status Update

I'm very happy with the response from my test team. I was hoping to have another build ready today but I've come down with a cold. I'll probably be good in a couple days but I don't want to overdo it too much. Shooting to have another test build on Friday.

I've got around 60 renders in the test build and I'm shooting to double that for the actual release.  

Here's a render from a random event that may trigger on weekends.

I'm still shooting for the 20th for the release for $5 ...

The Next Update and Beyond

Now that .02 is available to $5 donors I can finally start thinking about the next update. I've arbitrarily decided to call it .04. I mean, I'm not going to do 100 discrete versions before I get to 1.0, so I'm going to occasionally jump a few numbers.

The focus for the update is going to be two fold. First of all, I'm adding in a few new characters. Two of them are hinted at in the content of .02... The other hasn't really been hinted at, other than there needs to be somebody to occupy the gue...

I can see the daylight on the other side. There's still a few more renders I need to do and I want to go back and clean up some of the other earlier renders.

Status Update 11/3

Work on .02 continues. 

The achievement system is coded. The events from .013 are loaded into it already. The other major scripting thing I did this week is that I've reworked the naming system. Now you can name all the characters in the house and declare their specific titles and what their pet names for the main character are and his pet names for them. I'm gonna add a small amount of flavor dialog for some of the presets.  The presets range from off the chain crazy to chaste and r...
