More Gwen & Elsa Videos + Img2Vid Tests
Just a bunch more videos with Gwen and Elsa.
New ones are Gwen Batch 2, Elsa Batch 1, and the Img2Vid folder as well.
For the image to vids I just tried a couple of my own, and another couple from some other images. But this wasn't the official Img2Vid model by Hunyuan. That should come out in a few days. So I'm not sure who or how this one was made. Once the official one drops, hopefully it will be better, but I'm not sure how much VRAM it will take. But it will probably be optim...

8 Gwen Videos
Will experiment with videos for a bit longer. Experimenting with different workflows and upscaling methods. Will also try some other characters. Things will probably change in the future anyway, so I don't want to spend too much time on this method.

The last animations, about a year ago, were just an img2img of each frame from a short gif, and they weren't that consistent. These are fully made from a new open-source video model that can run locally with a decent GPU. The tech is still super early. and its not the easiest thing to train things for. I think you need a 4090 at the minimum to train something. There are very few characters right now to choose from, like 5 or so. But this should hopefully be a big year for video stuff.
