I began this map with a mind to create some kind of Wererat lair encounter map, but it didn't really end up going that route. I ended up with a map of some sewers with three gangs and a couple of unique denizens of this "neighorhood".
I feel like the map could be used in a variety of ways:

Hello, Patrons!
And, welcome, to the Oasis of Adventure!
After securing our horses at the local stable, we made our way along the rocky path toward the indicated hut. The deep blue water of the Oasis shimmered in the sun like a sapphire, surrounded by lush green vegetation and the call of exotic birds. The lazy smoke of nearby campfires brought scents of sizzling meat, fragrant spices and roasted vegetables. It was nearly enough to make one forget why they had come.

I've begun working on the Clan Headquarters map, and am currently working on a few of the Player Class rooms. Rogue and Fighter are almost done. Also on this floor, I believe I will have the Ranger, Barbarian, Monk and Druid. 2nd Floor (once I start that) will have the Wizard, Sorcerer, Warlock, Bard, Paladin & Cleric.

This is the 2nd Noble Estate that I did, and I designed it for a military family that has long served the Crown through its dedication and mastery of tactics and soldiering.
